Front Desk staff were friendly, amenable and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was the comfiest I've had in the USA on this trip. Great night's sleep with super fluffy pillows. Good breakfast & perfect location to get to downtown. Altogether 10 out of 10.

I liked the price. Probably one of the cheapest locations in town. Just a no frills budget hotel.
Just 10 miles from the scenic Black Hills National Forest, this hotel boasts an indoor pool and hot tub. Each guest room is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV.
Just off Interstate 90, this hotel offers an indoor pool and a modern lounge area with free WiFi and rooms. Black Hills State University is 9 minutes’ drive away.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were super nice and accommodating. When we arrived we had booked a pet-friendly room, but upon arrival they noted that they only have 2 pet friendly rooms and neither were available. They opened up an “offline” room for us, which was very kind.
The overall price of the 3-night stay for a holiday weekend was fair. The staff was amazing, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel/room was good. Location was good to local stores, the Mexican restaurant next door is to die for.

Very clean facility. Helpful, cheerful staff. Better than average breakfast. Comfortable bed. If more AmericInn properties were close to this one in quality, we would be staying at the chain oftner.
This may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. Wonderful staff and breakfast was restaurant quality. Quiet area. Great pool and hot tub. Loved everything! Diane makes omelets!!!
Cozy, comfortable and just like home. Dog friendly with welcome treats for the pups. Linens are fresh and towels are fluffy. This is not a hotel stay, it is like being at home.
there was no breakfast due to covid. Even though the hotel was very old and run down it appeared that the guestrooms had recently been renovated which was nice.
The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a travel hotel. Plenty of gluten free options and eggs that weren't watered down. Friendly and attentive service.
