breakfast was good and kitchen staff was very very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience of guests. Food was always replenished in a timely manner. I went to the dining room 2 mornings and the same staff was on duty doing an excellent job. Main bed and pillows were comfortable.

A good size room which was warm and comfortable with large beds. The shower was hot and the TV was a good size for the room. There was a cosy communal lounge to relax in and free coffee available all day. Location was good for bus 54B to Midway across the road. Plenty of choices to eat in the area, Taco Bell, Fridays etc.

The soap is not big enough to wash your hands with, certainly not your body. They charged my credit card $60 dollars extra for incidentals although we used none. My son's room had ants, big tear in the middle of the sofa! They don't clean/touch your room generally unless you ask in advance???. Also, the price was much higher than I booked for with Booking.com for a "free cancellation" and non-pay in advance.. I don't know if all the hotels at midway are this cheesy for the price, but this is highway robbery. No integrity, honesty and no accountability for the lack of service.. Never again, not ever.

They have plenty of variety restaurants, grocery stores, mall, entertainment & best Green cleaners (EC cleaners) with good prices. The freeway is close by to travel to other areas of Chicago. The area around hotel is super busy with traffic. That's the only downside.
I ate at Panda express, Subway, Red Lobster, Friday's. I like shooting Pool, Q- Bar (Cass Ave), Que Quarry - nice Diamond tables, ( bowling & band), Pockets billiards (135th Cicero) huge place many tables.

Bedford park contains a number of Hotels some of which have bars and restaurants, all of which were clean and pleasant with friendly staff. Being very close to the airport there is some noise when aircraft take off but I never found this a problem at all
had some issues with checkin and my card being charged twice . the staff was amazing , super helpful , made sure the issue was taken care of right away . didn’t charge us our early checkin and gave us Starbucks for free al weekend for the mess up. one of the nicest cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in and again the staff was top notch
Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks in hotel open from 5-5. TGI Fridays in the parking lot, Culver’s across the street, and more food just down the block. The free shuttle was also a great help.
They advertised a breakfast, but they don't have one. They haven't for over a year despite it being on their site still. They told us if we walked to another hotel to eat, they're reimburse us.
Cleanliness of facility, access to downtown area, and free parking.
Also, the hotel manager Erica, was extremely respectful, positive and courteous. More in the next section.
