Sheila at the front desk was so friendly with my family. Also, the gentleman that checked us in and was so polite to let me grab some milk from the breakfast area at 10pm for my toddler.

The facility in the common areas were clean. The pool was in pretty good shape except I believe the pump was off and the heater was not heating the water properly though.
Serene. Wonderful view, extremely restful stay and had all that I needed. Everyone is engaging. Can't wait to return. Loves gas station had a lot of good food and was able to get grandson a Christmas gift. 🎄

Microwave ovens were represented as being available in each room. My room did not have a microwave oven. I was told at the desk that the microwaves had been removed from the rooms because they wanted the guest to come downstairs to the lobby to use microwave in the guest eating area. Other that that everything was great.

This place is disgusting, I honestly am surprised we did not get bedbugs. My family and I felt very unsafe, There were a group of sketchy guys outside of our room in the parking lot blasting music all night asking if we had any drugs or if we wanted any... We are a family with 3 young children heading to Disney world at the time, we do not even look like we do drugs... lol
We only stayed the night since it was a very long drive, checked in at like 11pm left at around 5 am. That was enough time for us to know; this place is not even worth "just a place to lay your head"
Spend the extra $20.. stay somewhere else.

I stayed in Ashland as I was visiting Kings Dominion.
I stayed in Ashland as I was visiting Kings Dominion. There are hotels right outside of Kings Dominion but I stayed in Ashland because It seemed to have more food options. I thought it was nice. There was a Starbucks and Pizza place and a bunch of other food places all in the area. Was only a 10 minute ride from Kings Dominon. I would stay here again.

When I enter the hotel lobby everything I view on the website was better. My husband and I slept like we was home, my morning coffee made my morning. I had fruit and waffles and a second cup of coffee. We both wish we could have stayed a few more days but our next trip will be longer.
I did not have a reservation. Call the hotel twice to tell them I would not arrive until Thursday due to an emergency. I emailed Booking.com as there is no phone number on any of your emails for someone to call you directly. We did not have a reservation when we arrived. Do not charge my credit card for any of this. As WE Had no reservation when we arrived.
Walking distance from shops and restaurants.
Kings Dominion was about a 15min Uber ride away. We prefer staying in Ashland as opposed to the hotels across the road from the park.
Good breakfast with wide selection.
Friendly staff.
Reception kept luggage safe for the day since we checked in early, before the room was ready.
Spacious Room, Great Gym, Good Breakfast
Great opportunities for spending Time in the lobby. Really nice staff!
Also great Restaurant close by (Iron horse).
We stayed one night during our trip to get to the shenandoah Nationalpark, however, the kids wanted to stay longer because they liked the Hotel so much 😄
Good location just off I95 with food outlets and Walmart close by. An almost new hotel which is modern and clean, not tatty like lots of hotels. Quirky decor, good rooms and excellent breakfast plus all day drinks in the lobby, all included in the price. Ample parking.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was apparently full but overall it was very quiet. We were intown for a sporting event at Randolph-Macon college and the hotel location was very convenient to that location.
.
What a great hotel. Great location. Clean, convenient, everything you’d want in a stop
over from a long i-95 trip! So much better than other hotels I’ve stopped at on this same trip.
I was unable to stay at the hotel because Fairfield never received the reservation from Bookings. Horrible. I realize no one will contact me regarding this disaster.
This is a nice, clean hotel. It is very convenient, right off of I95 South, on our way from New York State to Florida. Nice breakfast - nothing fancy, but good.
The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The location is perfect and a variety of restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
