Our AC stopped working during the night. It was completely horrible. It was 76 degrees in the room. When reported in the morning, only response was they would let maintenance know. Then we go to have breakfast and the pancake maker was broken. It was a long night and frustrating morning.

From the outside this property looks very normal, bordering on average. However, do not be fooled. Inside it is absolutely wonderful. Modern, well equipped, with a very up market hotel like feel. The floor is a very cool resin, the bathroom very nice, the beds were very big and comfy. The lounge has electric reclining sofa underneath a large TV. The kitchen well equipped. The perfect chill out pad for my son and I when we visited the nearby High Point Uni. There were even snacks left for us and lots of coffee pods for the machine. Genuinely, if you look at the outside and judge this property you will be missing out. It will be my first choice for when I come back and see my son at Uni. Perfect.

Free daily breakfast helped us stay on budget. there is a Mcdonald's within 5 mins walk. Nearby Gas station has a full level of snacks, lunch, and other stuff, (junk food) for almost any level of cravings late at night.
Plenty of parking.
Highway 85 was just 2 traffic lights away.
This Hotel is an older renovation, so overlook the wear and tear. it's easy to see it. Typical for the age of this property.

This property was dirty, we had ants , moths and bugs. We literally had to ask for Lysol and cleanser to clean bathroom when we arrived. The hotel person was rude. We could not wait to get out of there. The best thing I liked was leaving. Don't waste your money. Less expensive for a reason.

Ranch O restaurant was a wonderful value with a huge variety of good food at very reasonable prices. Our stay was simply and overnight one on our trip south on I-85. Access to I-85 was very convenient.

The local restaurants hours did not match their listed hours on the mapquest/waze websites, as everything was closed but McDonalds. The next morning, I visited Waffle house where the employees were griping and complaining about being short staffed, shouted at customers, and were cussing loudly with guests eating and ordering. There was a 15 minute wait where I was not acknowledged, and an even longer wait to pick up my food. And my order was incorrect. Stayed one day, and that was long enough.

The room very musty smelling, the shower leaked water all over the floor. The pillows to small and the window curtains dirty and ripped. The was no remote for the Tv and the staff was under qualified . The air conditioning was not working correctly.
Very disappointing stay.
I am a late sleeper, therefore I did not use any of the breakfast services.
I need a softer bed, though my family member sharing the room with me was fine with the firmness of the bed.
The evening clerk, Stephanie, was patient enough to give clear driving direction to the hotel to a very tired customer, me.
Location is preferable since close to interstate but noisy since so close to Main St. We have stayed at the Quality Inn numerous times and were in the building which is now the Fairfield Inn. We were deceived when we booked assuming we would be in that location.
Staff was very accommodating and friendly The hotel had a good location to High Point University. The supplies given within the room were nice quality and easy to get.
Great hotel, clean, comfortable with lovely staff. Good breakfast, pool and gym area really clean. Laundrette also on site. Would definitely book again.
