Location was perfect to get to nearby restaurants and shops. We didn't need our car at all to get around. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Also free/easily accessible parking was included and to the rear and side of hotel. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a bonus and lots to choose from.

they were fantastic. From the staff to the room. We were extremely pleased. The man at the front desk even looked up a restaurant number for us so we could call for reservations. We could have looked it up ourselves but we knew the location but not the name of the restaurant. He was very familiar with the area and knew where we ment. Ty. Also the woman serving breakfast went out of her way to make sure we were well cared for. Ty.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. We needed good advice for best way to get to downtown Boston. The advice to take the train was good advice and worked well for two older ladies. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was adequate to start your day. It was an enjoyable stay.
Very quiet location, comfortable beds, plenty of parking, location very convenient to Newburyport and the freeways. Kitchen amenities, balcony, all excellent! Very easy to get things done in the morning while family slept in without disturbing them.
The patrons of the hotel were noisy and my partner and I could not sleep. We were woken up multiple times by slamming doors and people yelling. One incedent lasted for 4 hours.
