The person at the front desk Sunday night was nice and helpful. She made sure we knew where things were located, knew about the free breakfast and time. We arrive late evening and went out to get something to go. Came back with no utensils and she helped us out and provided some plastic ware for us. Also, like that they provided 4 towels, lately hotels seem to provide 2 or 3. Overall everything was nice.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Room was excellent and perfectly equipped. I also want to mention the outstanding customer service. Our room clean and replenish was not done. The manager of the property personally came to explain why and was incredibly gracious and kind. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the US and Europe and were very impressed by his customer focus. I would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel is "past the curve" in many ways! The shower and sink's hot water didn't work well; the floor was dusty like the maid hadn't even vacuumed; they charged for breakfast and everything was ala carte and extremely expensive; they gave us a "complimentary breakfast" of "up to $20" which would basically buy 2 cups of coffee, so we opted to go to McDonalds!

Seamed to have a lot of road noise when we entered the room, but was very easily ignored by the time we went to bed. No bad smells considering the close proximity to the interstate. Amarillo a very industrial city, but friendly and courteous.

It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in.
It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in. Just dated and the desk top was not cleaned by the staff. That was disappointing, every surface should be cleaned. The pool is not inviting, and was kinda cold.

This little town has grown so much, and it is obvious that the leaders are working to make it even better. Getting around was easy, but I tried to avoid the interstates. Anything I needed was a short distance from downtown and easily accessed. I only attended the horseshow at the fairgrounds, but the nightlife downtown was booming.
I absolutely LOVED staying here at Cactus Cove! I was on the hotel search there in town and saw that this was a different hotel than just a normal chain and so I had to try it out! I absolutely loved this place, the front desk staff was amazing, breakfast and breakfast attendant was absolutely amazing, room was stunning and facilities were all very nice for an incredible price! 50/10 recommend, seriously.
This hotel is in a very bad condition, the bathrooms were dirty with actual hair in the toilets and tub. The rooms do not represent what they appear to be in the pictures. I would not recommend for any family to have to go through the deception that my family had to experience. Please make people aware that this is not a family hotel, this is more of a “Motel”.
This hotel is located away from any decent places to eat, burgers are the local staple, after spending the day in the car travelling it would have been good to eat locally, not even a place to get a beer near by.
The place is well used and breakfast hot choice was something pre porting to be scrambled eggs!
Defiantly made a mistake choosing this hotel.
Breakfast was good! Hot tub is our favorite but this time around the pool and tub looked murkey. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was nice and clean plenty of towels. Perfect location close to the mall and restaurants! This is our favorite hotel to go to when we come through Amarillo and decent prices for a family of 4
Nothing. The rooms were old and filthy. The place smells bad. The room and hotel is in poor repair. The breakfast was poor and cheaply done. Only one waffle maker serving a 5 storey building. Huge line ups just to make a waffle. Which is the only hot item. Hotel is terrible. Nothing worth noting. Will never recommend.
. It is a restored old hotel. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast served.
The tables and cute chairs outside promote arelaxed atmosphere for people who want to sit outdoors and visit
Very pet friendly
The front desk guy was nice.
This hotel is great! Clean beautiful property. The pool was clean amd enjoyable. Full breakfast included. Room were spacious clean and well equipped. Definitely family and pet friendly. I don't have a single complaint!
Hotel is amazing and the guy they recommended from Executive Ridez was superb. Seriously these two businesses together can make Amarillo a memorable stay and definitely a reason to come back on trip home!
We liked the apartment. The neighbourhoood was quiet, the communication with the owners was problem-free and friendly. If you need a plaxe to stay in Amarillo, we definitely recommend this place.
The staff was very kind and the hotel was easy to find. the decor was cute and the pet friendly rooms were still very clean. I got in bed late and they were still great!
This is a good location in proximity to our son and his family in Amarillo. Restaurants, shopping and gas are accessible. Hotel is clean with sizable rooms.
Very helpful staff. They always try to find solution to my problems. Very friendly too.
The hotel was much nicer than I expected considering the price.
