The spread of breakfast is not what it used to be. Though the chef made an effort to prepare something as per my request. The location is an advantage but this property is a run-down version of what it used to be.

The city is small but there are many supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
It is convenient and travelers have many options to enjoy food.
However, the government should do something to control boda boda for more safety of citizens and travelers.

I was reading and collecting some information about city securities, I think they are over exaggerating, only if you follow the roles, and security measure. However, people of Kampala are so kind and helpful, you don't realize that till you get to know the people and culture. I will never forget such a wonderful place and people. I wish I come back there one day.

I liked the cost of food quite cheap.
I liked the cost of food quite cheap. Wonderful and hospitable people. Good WiFi connection and almost stable power and water supply in the region I stayed in. The weather although is cloudy and rainy mostly but it feels hot and sweat every time I go out. The roads are clean but a lot of breaks and holes needed maintenance. I loved the motorbike transport system “Boda” as the most convenient way considering the roads nature but they are just too many, and very risky. I hope if they abide by the traffic light rules similar to cars. Quality budget hotels and apartments few options and more expensive compared to Nairobi. It definitely worth the visit but needs careful planning.

I only stayed one night and most of the day I caught up on my sleep after a long flight. The hotel was fabulous as there was three different restaurants to eat, one had live music (Jazz) and the other was showing a rugby match which was enough to entertain me for the duration of my stay.
I would love to write a review for this home. Yes, it was like at home, and not in a hotel, I felt myself there. The host Emmanuel went above and beyond! Very warm and friendly attitude. The house is located near a large shopping center, streets with restaurants and bars, but the house itself is very quiet, it is comfortable to sleep. The house has a cozy green area. Clean comfortable rooms. In addition, the low price for accommodation, I think makes it one of the best options for staying in Kampala. Thanks for everything, Emmanuel!
The place was comfortable and well secured. It is a modern building with about six suites. The breakfast was good, and the owner's son took me to a nearby place for a cheap, local dinner.
The woman caretaker was above and beyond caring, witty and smart. She was relatable and very competent, making me feel at home on my first night in Uganda.
The place was clean, quiet, prepared a delicious and generous breakfast with extra fruit and the shower was hot. The kitchen had a gas stove and fridge.
This was my 4th long stay (a week or longer to this hotel). My first stay was a disaster but I gave them another chance due to the village setting. I like the business rooms with the balcony away from the noisy street traffic and the location - which is not far from my office. The hotel is situated in a little village and there is a good Japanese restaurant, a little food and wine store, a spa and other restaurants, a bar, a a bakery, etc.
We had a great time! It was my mums birthday weekend and my sister and I gave her a treat. Not only did she get a birthday cake gift from the hotel...we, also did have a wonderful dinner/meal with great services from the waiters who attended to us. The following days were wonderful! Tasty and healthy breakfast with lots of variety (Trust me I am super picky). Overall, we had a great stay and we would be back again someday.
The hotel was itself a piece of art sitting on top of Makindye hill with amazing views of Kampala. The rooms were very comfortable and felt unique and inviting. The private guest pool was a great place to relax.
There were many options for great food...with a variety of good restaurants. It is defintiely ome of Kampala's gems
I've come back to the Millennium Terrace and enjoyed it once more. The staff is super friendly and the location in my favorite part of town. Just a really good quality hotel for a fair price. The wifi speed is excellent near to the door/hallway (exceptionally good for Kampala) and still very fast in most parts of the room.
This hotel has a potential of doing well. They are in a learning process. The rooms are very big and spacious. The bed and its linen were very comfy. I also liked the staff that are running. Waitresses were very attentive and courteous. And for the location it is in, it is relatively quiet most of the night.
The hotel is great, very nice place, the room was comfortable and clean. The personnel is very polite and helpfull. The hotel is very safe and in restaurant serve very tasty meal. I can recommend to all Fairway Hotel in Kampala. Mr Sam Shetty once again thank You for You help and favor.
Bed is comfortable, shower is good, staff is ready to solve any requests. Breakfast is okay, although you can't expect wonders because it's not 5 star hotel. Location is good, close to city center and most tourist attractions around city. Hotel provides great value for money.
Location is excellent for the price. It the best location in Kampala due to the excellent and clean neighborhood. I'd say amongst the best secure location in Kampala for those concerned.
It also has Nice view of The lake Victoria 😊
Spacious clean rooms 👍👌
The room was spacious, clean, and the staff were really hospitable. The bedsheets and towels we changed consistently. The hotel offers a mini getaway vibe from the busy city life. There are 3 different restaurants on site, gym, spa, Grocery store, etc.
It’s a very nice place! Very well connected with Central Kampala. I felt like home. The hosts are very friendly and professional. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. I appreciated the spacious bathroom vey much. Recommended!
Excellent hotel with quality rooms, friendly staff, and all the amenities you could hope for. This hotel goes the extra mile. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Really a step above the norm in Kampala.
Staff were all so helpful. Restaurant food was excellent. Hotel driver was extremely helpful taking me round expertly to meetings all across Kampala. All staff very prompt with service and friendly.
This is the most unique beautiful hotels in Kampala. You feel like you just stepped onto the streets of France when the noice and bustle of Kampala is literally steps away. We love this place!
