The equipment and the overall condition of the appartment is good. Check-in process is easy if you not forget your appartment number because the security speaks no other language then russian/ukrainian. The owner was worried that the appartment will be not warm enough, but we reached actually 20 degrees easily. On colder days it is advised to bring an electric heater.
