The place is interesting in terms of its rich history and it has also unique atmosphere of coastal Tanzanian region. It is not crowded like Daar es Salam so no traffic jams. I expected also nice beaches but it seems the season of short rains(starting in October)was not the best time for it.The beaches are also private properties of different clubs.
