For the money you get what you pay for. Location is very near to the town centre and the front area. Breakfast is just a tad disappointing but still represents value for the price of a central hotel in a major city.

Ideal location to base yourself in Samsun. Close to the tram, promenade and shops. Taxi from the airport only 25mins. All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room had all amenities you'd need, including a safe and Hairdryer. We visited Atakum beach area, which was only 10mins via tram.

first of all my booking total amount should be 72 Eur that’s mean 77 Dollar
The reception took 94 Dollar , I told them several times but they ignored my speech.
The weather was very hot during June and the AC unit not working ? The weather was very hot and the reception said it is disconnect !!!!!

We stayed overnight as part of our roadtrip to Yerevan. Usually I give 10 points when everything fulfilled my expectations, but here we had a problem with parking 🙃.
We gave the keys to the valet with expectation, that the car would be parked with others in front of the hotel. "Luckily" we forgot something in our cars and found out that the car wasn't parked at all at the hotel area yet on the street with other local cars behind the hotel.
After the complaint the car was reparked and with the room itself we had no problem.
the hotel has a good value for money. We stayed here just for one month, however managers provided us with the best service. We were exhausted after 10-hours car trip and it was a great surprise to have an opportunity to order dinner to our room. They took into account all our wishes and cooked special dish for my small daughter. The hotel has own parking and the view from the restaurant (where you have breakfast) goes to the sea
The hotel is located not far from the old city centre, and the Liman tram station is just 1 minute away by foot. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the price is more than reasonable. Our room was spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities, as described. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming: we had to extend our stay for one night, which was arranged easily.
The location of the hotel is in the middle of the centre, surrounded by many markets, restaurants, cafes and takeaways, quiet at night, excellent values for the money, the staff (Mumet and Nacmi) are very helpful and friendly, thanks for you hospitality!!! Definitely would go there again.
Such low quality rooms. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like 2 star, at most! Breakfast was buffet style and ok. If rooms were renovated, would be worth the stars.
The location of the hotel is nice. The view from the balcony rooms is remarkable. Especially the staff at the reception did their best when we had questions.
