For the money you get what you pay for. Location is very near to the town centre and the front area. Breakfast is just a tad disappointing but still represents value for the price of a central hotel in a major city.

Ideal location to base yourself in Samsun. Close to the tram, promenade and shops. Taxi from the airport only 25mins. All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room had all amenities you'd need, including a safe and Hairdryer. We visited Atakum beach area, which was only 10mins via tram.

Food in the city is pretty good since almost all of them by sea and this make all places with amazing atmosphere. I tried turkish pide and doner with variety of places and almost all of them are good to try. You should try different places.
The city is historical for Turkish people and there is a lot of place that you can read about turkish history because turkish independance starts in Samsun.
Transportation is a mess you can rent a car instead of using subway because there is only one line which goes only certain places and cabs are not that good.
If you are travelling alone you can hang out by Atakum.

the property cut amount from my account but cancelled the reservation due it’s own technical problem. but they did not refund my amount. Even I have a massages from the company about refund. I do not recommend this hotel.
loud music all night long, no facilities what so ever, no iron no pillows or blankets room was unclean and found some old cloths and underwear in the room. hotel managment didn’t even apologize for it.
