The location was fantastic. We were in the centre of town with restaurants, shops, the river, walks in the hills behind, and so much more. The atmosphere of living in cultural architecture of hundreds and hundreds of years ago was awesome.
The hotel was quaint, quirky and atmospheric. The family run hotel was great value. Breakfast each morning was a Mediterranean feast. The family were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was a warm experience. They also arranged a couple of the tours we wanted to experience which was very convenient. The family's niece was helping out on site. She was delightful, funny and readily assumed the responsibility of tasks that needed doing. And spoke English. The hotel did my laundry which was super convenient. They allowed me to use the dining room so I could work in the evenings at my computer, which was truly appreciated.

Goreme was a great town but a 20/25 minute taxi drive away. We had our balloon ride from there which was excellent. The whole area is a beautiful sight, absolutely breathtaking. Our whole trip was spoiled by our hotel accommodation. Yes, we chose a cave hotel but with deluxe accommodation, balcony, dining area and we expected a window to look out of to actually see the beautiful views of the valley. AND ... not have to climb 161 steps to our room. We expect a refund please.

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride. We booked for a week to give us the best opportunity of having a great weather day for the experience, giving up Istanbul as a travel destination. The first 3 days were too windy. Day 4 was perfect. We had a signature life experience. We then went to Istanbul see what we could in the left over time

Nevsehir is the capital city of this province. Do not stay in the town itself. It is very large and not actually in the part of Cappodocea you want to see. Neither is it near the Nevsehir airport. Stay in Goreme, Avanor or Urgup to be in the heart of the region.

You should try the Sultans Ceramic and make your own ceramic. But don’t buy from there it’s quite expensive and you can find the same pieces of ceramic much cheaper in Avanos.
Must visit: Göreme to watch the hot air balloons and you can stay near there.
Incredible helpful staff, gorgeous rooms with hot tubs, really comfy beds, great outdoor areas for sitting and enjoying the weather, lots of spots to relax around the hotel, and a great breakfast spread and delicious dinner in the restaurant. They even helped us put an extra bed in one of the rooms so two people wouldn't have to share a double bed, and baked a birthday cake specially for my mum's birthday, complete with candles and in the flavours we requested!
Everything!. beautiful place with amazing views. The manager was helpful with the information provided. They book for us, and highly recommend, a private taxi to go around Cappadocia. We felt save with the taxi driver : Mustafa. The hotel staff did everything smoothly and quick, they went beyond our requests, even with some cocktails we ordered. They helped us order pizza for the night. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast, Turkish style, amazing!
Truly the best cave hotel in Kapadokya. Perfect place to spend with your loved one. Mesmerising design and very comfortable. The lady at the reception NILUFER was really nice, kind and helpful with every request.
Also we tried massages from the world treatment section at the spa and I can say that the massages were better than the ones we had in other 5* hotels in Thailand.
The hotel is very near to the Ballons take off and you can appreciate them during breakfast. Is about 4km away from Gröme center so you need to take a taxi most of the times. The hotel staff were very nice and they called a taxi when we need it and booked the activities for us (Air Ballon). The room was big and clean, with everything there. And the breakfast very delicious
A new hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds (they only have 6 rooms if I'm correct, so it's really cosy). The decor reminds the sultanate, absolutely amazing.
The owner is really attentive and helpful. As for breakfast, traditional Turkish is served, but you can ask for anything you want.

It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the Nar section of Nevşehir. I had quiet, beautiful streets and lanes on which to do my morning run. It is a 20-min drive to Cappadokia sites, but hotel staff will drive you for a reasonable fee. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. One of my favorite hotels of all my travels!!

We had check in at 14h00 but we arrived at 9am in the morning from the airport to the hotel so the owner directly welcomed us with coffee and cleaned our room to have it for us since 9:30 am without extra charge.

Staff are very friendly, and they solved olur problem quickly. Easy to get to the hotel from airport. It is not in the Center but easy to arrive the City Center. There is a stop where it is too close the hotel. Breakfast was very delicious and variety.
The hotel itself looks beautiful and even has a small swimming pool! The owners were also very friendly - even though they didn't speak English, they were very helpful. It's lovely to stay on the terrace in the evening and just relax.
It was very curious to stay in such type of the hotel - inside the cave with a variety of tunnels inside. We really enjoyed it. Turkish breakfast is fantastic - you won’t leave even a little hungry.
