The hotel is located in the upscale area of Masukiye. The area is located in a beautiful green area. The place is elegant, clean, and the landscape is stunning. The hotel is easy to reach. A good reception combined with the authentic Arabic way, where we were received with Arabic coffee, incense and dates. Rooms are elegant and adequate in size, and all services are available. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was varied. Not a buffet, probably because there weren't many guests. But it was varied and very delicious. They also asked me if I wanted anything else to provide. In short, the hotel is one of the best hotels in the region. I will return again if I have the opportunity to travel to the area

Absolutely beautiful suite and very kind staff, The view is phenomenal and design is amazing and really neat,
They were still working on building more room options bellow the hotel but they were quite and didn’t affect our stay. So I will definitely visit this place again in the future and stay in the chalet. Thanks to everyone who works especially the receptionist girl who helped us through our stay there and also the manager was very respectful.
I usually do not give a 10/10 rating.but this hotel was truly exceptional in each and every aspect, like they did not miss any detail! The staff was extremely friendly and generous. The room was very large, and the bathroom was almost another room from the size of it! The balcony was also big and the view was marvelous. All amenities were placed. Cleanliness was perfect. I could write a lot but you need to stay at this place and see for yourself.
A very wonderful hotel, the furniture is new and beautiful, the garden is wonderful, the breakfast is wonderful, the reception staff and all the employees are wonderful, helpful and generous. You feel comfortable staying in this hotel as if you are with your family. I recommend staying in this wonderful hotel.
The hotel is new and very beautiful. the courtyard looks gorgeous and the food in the restaurant was amazing. There is 24 hours room service. Normally i am very choosy for the rooms. But there was no dust and no stain. The air condition was very cold and working good. The all staff are very friendly and kind.
Exceptionally beautiful apartment, so comfortable and cosy. Beautiful view over the town and lake.felt like a home from home. Host Semih was wonderfully helpful. If in Kartepe, I would highly recommend this place particularly if you want to ski as it is close enough to get there easily.
As foreigners, the hotel was a bit in the middle of nowhere for us, but the views and places to visit around were amazing. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The surroundings of the hotel are full of nature and really peaceful. Would recommend going during the winter season.
Although we chose a smoking room, it did not smell at all. The hotel welcomed us with a fruit plate, it was a very sweet move. Overall, it's a nice, clean hotel. All staff do their best to make your stay enjoyable. It is also close to Sapanca and Ormanya as a location.
The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The suite was spacious. The location is great. Roof restaurant has a variety of food and it was tasty. The hotel has many fun activities for kids. I liked it so much it really felt like home. I highly recommend it.
First of all the staff but especially Irem, yasemin, Rana, Ebru and the chef-kok Muhsin who is a very talented person (a great opportunity for this hotel)!
