When we have a connecting flight in Istanbul - we always stay in this nice hotel. Close to the airport, but in a quiet place, close to the sea.
Great service, very convenient transfer service, nice staff and good restaurant.

Good place, nice owner. I was traveling with my family, we arrived at Istanbul airport, and the next day we had to go to the airport again. The host offered and arranged transfer from and to the airport. When he met us the night before, he gave us tea to drink, prepared breakfast in the next morning. Highly recommend.
Surrounded by green forests, İstanbul Airport Durusu Club Hotel offers a peaceful accommodation with air-conditioned rooms with a satellite TV and minibar.

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 meters from the hotel there is a supermarket, there are a couple of cafes and a beach with a good entrance to the water. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

Very nice small village with view of the sea and access to the beach, and to a very nice seafood restaurant. I highly recommend going to that restaurant called: Karaburun Hanimeli Balik Restaurant.
Be ware of street dogs, few were aggressive and tried to attack me. Ideally speaking, either walk to Hanimeli Balik restaurant accompanied by a local, or take a taxi. Not a good idea to walk the streets with children.

It was very quiet in Karaburun the night I was there in mid January. A cold front was coming through and the wind was howling at 80km/hr and the rain was horizontal. The hotel was cozy with a wood stove in the restaurant/bar. There wasn't a soul in sight outside, and with good reason :-)

the most friendly staff ever I have seen in my life, staff in Canadian hotels are not that friendly, even in Fairmont hotel with 5 stars would not be a competitive. Delicious food in restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

This is a gorgeous village but the beach was so littered so unloved. It let down what was a lovely side trip.
Get the school.kids on day trips to clean the beach there ....learn about their environment and how to love it better and then have a swim.

The beach and harbour are both "under construction" so for the moment it is not worth visiting. The highlight was the street dogs that chase cars in the main road, they followed me for kilometres.
