The location can’t be beat! And the staff was so warm and welcoming, just amazing. The hotel is small and homey and right on the water. I hope we can return again it was magical.

Words are not enough to describe how wonderful to spend your holiday in Flamm. We stayed at the old stone cottage whose door and windows open directly to the sea. We greeted the mornings with gentle sea wave sounds. We swam with fish the water is very clean.
Staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and gentle. They love their job!
Food was amazing. I will miss dining there.

Rooms were clean, nicely designed, and very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the sea. The Turkish breakfast spread was excellent and served right by the water. We also ordered off the menu for a couple of meals from the restaurant and everything was super delicious.We spent some time at a friend's hotel (which was much more expensive) and we thought Lavinya's beach setup (lounge chairs, deck, umbrellas) was superior!

I liked the finishing of the rooms, it was quite aesthetically pleasing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, same with the receptionist. They engaged in conversations with you and made sure you had everything you needed. They even provided me an iphone charger when mine broke for the evening.

The season was ending so there were not many restaurants open but she recommended Cetimek….which was wonderful. The best sea bass and meze. If you come to stay, you must stay at Elista and you must eat at Cetimek! 😍

I thoroughly enjoyed walking round the layout of Karianda Hotel which was, to me, 'an Architectural Maze'. The Promenade along the waterfront afforded delightful walks at all times of the day! There was a convenient access to a boat trip.

Flamm is an expensive hotel and the issue is that they don’t provide the experience for the money they charge. Service level is a real issue, which starts right from the reception. We have stayed in resorts where they charge EUR 450 for a night but the service levels are exceptional. Infact there was a small shack next to Flamm named Madda who gave us much better service when we visited for lunch. They were warm, hospitable and hand no language issues.

Relaxed small town with a wonderful coastline, sea is beautiful. I didn't travel, but roads look fine and there are buses and taxis to bring you to other places like Bodrum. You can eat cheap in town or a bit more expensive but very good at the beach with great views.
Everything about this hotel is amazing. IlLocation is very good approximately 30 min from the Milas airport by car and at the same time close to Bodrum Marina. Service is very good , food is delicious, sea is like a pool and at night they have nice bar area where you can have a drink while enjoying the sunset. We will definitely be back again and hopefully longer than this time. Best greetings to all people who work there and make our staying so special.
The property advertised itself as a business hotel. It was not a business hotel at all. It was entirely unsuitable for business. When we got there, we told them it was not suitable for business and we cannot stay there, and they nonetheless charged us for three nights and forced us to pay over €6000 for three nights and we only stayed there for one night. They refuse to reimburse us for the two nights where we did not stay there.
Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included which is a bonus. Location is walking distance to the beach/main area of Turkbuku (10 min walk).
We managed to get an airport transfer through the hotel for a good price. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Pool was nice but w didnt use it.
Mini fridge and wardrobe available. Aircon was definetly a must during july.

Banana hotel is superbly located, with direct access from the hotel to a private beach and a clear sea. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they were ready with towels, sun loungers, booking taxis and advice on where to go for food if you wanted to wander out. I highly recommend the venue.
The hotel is a total disappointment. They kept us waiting to check in for 2 hours and a half although we had kids with us.They also charged us on things we did not order.louzy service and uncooperative staff.definitely not going there again .check your bill before paying.

The staff and the facilities are excellent. It is great that the hotel has its own private beach. The included breakfast has great varity for a standard hotel breakfast. We were so pleased that we extended our stay. The price quality ratio is really good. I would definitely reccomend this place.
It’s a family hotel. Both the couple are very welcoming. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic as expected. Breakfast was outstanding. Many great restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Great experience and very humble owners. We will come back next summer

Hotel is cleaned daily and they do a great job, front desk staff are helpful. Beach beds are the best on the beach which is a big plus - the beach and water is magnificent.
