When we arrived at Reception. They had no idea who we were or about our booking, After 15hrs travelling this is not what we needed. Once booking confirmed we actually had to ask please show us where the apartment was. Noted swimming pool empty and work in progress. Apartment - Upstairs rooms not very clean, Beds with only top cover no sheets, 2 out of 4 - A.C. units not working, properly one blowing out black dirt and dust, due to this one bedroom could not be used. Kitchen toaster when plugged in tripped main power breaker. 240 Volt power socket in one bedroom coming off the wall - safety issue.. Upper toilet dirty and smelling, toilet seat broken, towel rail broken and on the floor shelving missing, cupboard door not closing properly. Shower smelly, fittings filthy. BALCONY - filthy and could not be used till we cleaned it. T.V. never worked properly during our stay. free toiletries. 2 toilet rolls and 2 soap dispensers for 3 people for 11 days - no more supplied, no fresh water on arrival. One bedroom door with a hole in it, Patio door extremely difficult to use. Hair drier none supplied, Slippers - none. . Informed the owner the next morning of issues, as we had been messaging on Whatsapp. No repairs carried out, 3 days later guy arrived and told us T.V. - PROBLEM ?. Was informed that both out door pools would not be open till June. Restaurant would not be open during our stay. For the total cost of £1070 We think this is outrageous. This site and property should not be advertised on Booking.com in this condition. We are also looking to take this further as we think we should receive a refund as we would never have booked this holiday on a site basically shut down with an apartment in such poor condition. We WILL Obviously think twice before booking through Booking.com in the future due to our family holiday being basically ruined due to false information / advertising

Didim is an amazing place to visit, usually seen as a more affordable place for holiday makers it has so much more to offer.
I travel there alot just to reset my self and feel relaxed! Either in the Noval Otel or Yarisir apartments i get a comfortable safe place to relax.
Uncle sams shop on the beach front is crammed with amazing clothing and he will always get you a good price at the surrounding stores because hes genuinly nice person.
David people, mavi cafe and the beach bar are my go to places to eat! I do love to try the local food but sometimes you just want a familiar meal and these 3 locations have added some great english twists to there menu.
The miletos spa is a cathfish location, hands down my worst experience in hamam and massage! the green Jacuzzi water and open door massage next to the changing area made me feel less than relaxed. Instead i went straight to the Concordia spa hidden away on the beach and it was by far the best experience i have had. 3 hours i was being pampered and taken care of.... make a self care day of it and get the coffee scrub !!!!! the sights are amazing, the people are friendly and the food.... well its alot of large portions so come prepared to put on holiday weight lol

The hotel we booked was not up to standard of didim or expectations of turkey however this is mostly because the facilities and info on booking.com is incorrect. If it was correct (like no fitness centre and other activities) I wouldn't have booked it. Booking.com should send secret shoppers to their hotels to QC what they're advertising.

We lived in Didim for 15 years so all the local visitor sites had all been seen, but if you're prepared to travel a few miles there are many more fabulous places to see. There is an excellent choice of bars and restaurants including an excellent Indian and also a Chinese restaurant.

The people of Altinkum are really nice they can’t do enough for you, we travelled to Didim market on Saturdays it’s a lovely market clothes, shoes and fruit and veg. The streets are very clean, so are the restaurants they do Turkish and English food. The weather is brilliant if you go late October it’s a bit chilly in the evenings just wear a cardigan or jacket. Altinkum is well worth visiting.

I got there in the off-season after all the tourists gone it was still a quiet little place but I really enjoyed the slower pace compared to the most of turkey which is go-go-go and it wasn’t like that very quaint
The staff at Arden Hotel were amazing, always smiling, happy to help, offering to drop us places instead of a taxi if they had the time. They would even wait up in the evening to make sure we made it home safe from whatever we were doing. The hotel is in a great location, overlooking the ocean, and a short walk away from the centre of town. We had great views to wake up to every morning, and to enjoy from our wee balcony :) Service at breakfast was friendly and warm, with a varying selection of cheeses, veggies and eggs!
The staff were generally exceptional from arrival, and through all the departments. At most points attentive and very friendly. The hotel offers a good variety of nutritious hot and cold food. Outstanding in the areas of Bakery and Patisserie! The accommodation was perfect for our requirements, given my disabilities, although not ideal in location for someone with obvious mobility limitations.
Nearly Everything was at the expected level. Generally, well motivated personnel!!! Mostly a good service. Great to have the beach club entrance included.
Great wine choise, great food at the dinner, breakfast was great as well. Always fresh and delicious taste.
I would like to book always this kind of hotels. Not the crowded all inclusive 5* blocks.

Amazing hotel with the friendliest and most incredible personnel I have been in for a long time!The aqua park is super fun and the beach is also a great calming area. Rooms are spacious and they do have an amazing view of you get a sea view room. Spa massages are so worth it! And even the haircut place is amazing, yes I did get a haircut.
The hotel is very clean & comfortable with exceptonally friendly & professional staff. It is close to the beach, shops & restaurants. The pool area is loverly and there is a variety of hot and cold food to choose from for the breakfeast. A loverly pool bar with a very good snack menu. The cheese burger was deliicious.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and a nice park, in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in an apartment at the 4th floor, huge and well equipped and with a nice sea view.

The breakfast was typically Turkish as you should expect. However we did have breakfast a few time at the Golf Restaurant which is directly across the main road from the hotel.

nice propos who are running this place. the place is clean and cosy everyone very friendly and helpful. the hotel is close to the beach and Main Street of the city center.
