Apartmen was very clean, comfortable, beds very comfy , I would say most luxuries apartmen which we stayed in Turkey . Owner very helpful and communicative. Only problem is that property is not in Demre , but in Beymelek .. There is not public transportation in Demre . Taxi from bus station in Demre to apartment cost around 90 lira . There is a lot of construction around apartment and there a lit of empty lots with construction debris and tons of greenhouses . Going to beach is not pleasant walk .
You can see the ocean from the window or from the balcony. It is however it is 500m to the highway and then you have to walk another distance to find opening to cross highway.
If you have car it would be perfect place for you .
Trip from apartment to Myra Demre and back was 300 lira.
What is really nice people are not allowed to smoke and wear shoes inside apartment.

I liked this apartment. The staff was helpful and friendly. He waited for our late arrival and helped me to arrange for a boat trip for next day. There is cloth washer that we used . There is kettle, stove and plenty of kitchen things that you may need. The wifi was good. We parked our car just outside in the road. We didn’t care about the location as we spent only one night and we had a car.

The property was very cute. There are several tiny homes that form a perimeter around a grassy common area for hangout and breakfast. We were delighted to have stayed in one of the houses accommodated just for our stay. The wifi was good allowing us to watch some youtube or Netflix and plan our daily adventures. The hosts were hospitable and communication worked well through translation app. The breakfast was traditional Turkish with some ladies cooking fresh bread on a fire. The property is very close to a pebble beach that has a long walk way for running. Best part for us is that each house provided a laundry rack to dry clothes on while we were away durning the day.

Demre has a lot to offer for such a small, not-as-touristy town compared to all the other more touristy towns nearby. Myra ancient city and St. Nicholaus Church are must-see, we also really liked the Sülüklü beach, we had the whole beach to ourselves when we went there!
The staff are so loving and they were very kind to us, the helped us in every aspect, they were so honest and no words can describe how happy we were during our stay, many thanks go to Mrs. Horeyi, she speaks excellent English and she helped me with all the transportation requirements to all the areas around the hotel and even in my departure, not to forget one of the staff as well who showed us around, the place is amazing for couples and families, it is the right destination to get away from the busy city life and enjoy being relaxed.
This is a really lovely family-run apartment block. I felt very safe here as a line female traveller. It is beautifully clean and great value for money, really near a nice quiet clean beach. The location is quite quiet and a bit out of the way, but it is on the main Kaş - Antalya bus route which will also take you into Demre. If you had a car this would be perfect as there's lots of parking here. The apartment was super great value for money.
I was worried about this place when I read the reviews but in fact it was totally fine. The room is spatious, clean, the shower didn't go super hot, but worked well, the location is outright excellent. The breakfast spread maybe doesn't look as varied as some other hotels, but what they have on is all very decent quality, you can certainly have pleasant and filling breakfasts here. Room is quiet, air con works, I can recommend the place.
Staff is very friendly, the pool is great, the beach close by and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully furnished. The 5 of us with different food tastes loved the buffet. We could find really good local food. The atmosphere in the hotel is definitely great for families. We also had the visit of a very friendly and funny kitten in our room in the morning. We will come back anytime we would be the region
Kadir, his lovely family and menagerie of pets including a loveable goat and peacocks were so warm and welcoming from the time I arrived. Kadir is a very kind, helpful and loving soul. I will definately be returning. Karabibik Bungalows are very beautiful, set in a very peaceful and relaxing place. Situated in Demre, with the ancient Lykian sites of Myra, Andriake and Soura near to explore. ♡♡♡
The apartment was very clean and very spacious and bright. Lots of balconies and windows. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We were offered a couple of free rides to town (which is 4 km away), one of which was extremely convenient because otherwise we would have to carry our heavy backpacks all the way to Demre bus terminal. Absolutely everything was great! Very clean, fully equipped apartment, very comfortable mattress. New furniture and building itself is new. Has elevator. We work online, so we appreciate good stable WiFi that was in the apart. Mini market in 3 minutes walk, beach in 7 minutes walk. Host is super nice and helpful. Thanks for good time in Demre!

Family-run. Easy to find location: just a few hundred meters from the church of St. Nicholas. Rooms are mini-apartments suitable for longer stays. Located on a major street with many restaurants and grocery stores. Street parking was a challenge: hotel staff helpfully blocked space for us. On site laundry a plus.
We booked loft for family 2 adults and 2 kids. It was really nice place to stay. Spacious, clean place. We had all described facilities. Check-in is very comfortable and easy. The host was very friendly and supportive. We traveled by car to beautiful places around Demre (Kas, Patara).

This is my 2nd time staying this hotel. I like the location because it is not too touristic. The room is clean and roomy with comfortable bed. The stuff is nice. There is a terrace you can enjoy nice breeze. Wifi and AC work well. Hot shower anytime. I will come back here again :)

Very nice hotel, wooden bungalows, friendly and helpful staff, rich and tasty breakfasts, very fast and stable wi-fi (the best among all hotels we stayed this trip). Hot water and heaters (was important for december). Designer paid attention to details. Exceptionally clean.
Spacious, clean and reasonably well equipped. Slightly on the outskirts of Demre, so there is a bit of driving/walking to the sea, shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no traffic and you can enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace.
The hotel is nice, although quite big. Good facilities, especially the huge pool and its sliders.

Great location near good beach, museum of Lycia, Demre town center, and marina. Great for our family reunion and wonderful clean pool for daily swimming, when it was too hot for beach.
Good apartment in the city of Demre. Nice host, but water was not super hot. Internet is normal in the kitchen but bad in the bed room. If you don't need it for work should be fine
