It was so bad we moved out after one night and they said they would refund us the balance but they have not done so and even after messaging and calling them many many times they have lied to us and have not refunded us our money. It is the worst place ever and bookings.com have not been answering our messages and have not helped us to get the refund. Terrible from both sides.
