A very good hotel with a comfortable location, very near the metro bus station. The manager is very welcoming person, and in my situation, he upgraded my room with a better and nicer view without any charge.

If you are visting a fair, that´s a great location - but if...
If you are visting a fair, that´s a great location - but if you want to see something from Instanbul - it´s not the best location, Too far to the centre .... you can see sea - but definitely you cannot reach it by feet - because there´s no visible walking line to it.
location in quite place, nearby restaurants and shopping malls, offer exchange money service, very helpful staff that can answer your any questions . clean comfortable big room. pool..sauna hamam...,,good value for money. they offer taxi service to airport, you can take taxi to go to beach in (Istanbul west marina beach) 100 lira 30 minutes distance by taxi. also you can go to many night clubs in short distance,,,and big Marmara shopping mall about 10 minutes by bus.
The stuff did amazing job with us...,big thanks for :zezer, Mostafa, Aybuke, Samet, Berkay..ur hospitality was exceptional and I spent great days in istanbul.... I defently recommand this hotel.... See you next time I come to marmara area...
Good location for visiting the Turkish Toy Fair as it was in the same building. After the restaurants in the hotel closed there was a nice Kebab place just opposite the hotel, with simple but delicious food. That place was open late hours.
Great hotel for business purposes. The rooms are very modern and large, well equipped with good amenities. The value for mineral is great asset! location is perfect: great access to the exhibition center and good transport connections.
