A very good hotel with a comfortable location, very near the metro bus station. The manager is very welcoming person, and in my situation, he upgraded my room with a better and nicer view without any charge.

If you are visting a fair, that´s a great location - but if...
If you are visting a fair, that´s a great location - but if you want to see something from Instanbul - it´s not the best location, Too far to the centre .... you can see sea - but definitely you cannot reach it by feet - because there´s no visible walking line to it.
The location was good for me no far from the Havaist bus to airport, and not far from my interest , there was one restaurant just in front of the hotel very nice one.

The receptionist girl was very nice and professional smiling and helping me and trying to help in general the staff was nice.
Nice and clean. Me and my colleagues would choose it again next time we visit Istanbul. Good service, friendly staff. Especially thanks Sahant, good English, even helped us out with some other difficulties through internet searches and constant phone calls. Recommend Expoist Hotel!

Good location for visiting the Turkish Toy Fair as it was in the same building. After the restaurants in the hotel closed there was a nice Kebab place just opposite the hotel, with simple but delicious food. That place was open late hours.
The Whole team of the hotel were supportive, the receptionist, the waiters, the team leader, breakfast registrar, even the security team were really kind and helpful
The breakfast is wide range of selection, and it is really delicious!
