Friendly locals and Hotel staff. Scenery was amazing and food at the restaurant was varied and fresh. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a care free holiday specially for families looking for privacy and facilities that cater for Islamic values.

I had booked most expensive suite and apart from the balcony view rest of the facilities were awful.

-It's a huge property, and among the 3 Pegasos hotels, there's always an activity or event, so you'll never get bored. There are also many pools and fun slides as well.
-The beach was amazing. It's all a very soft sand. You won't find any pebbles on the beach or even in the water.
- The restaurant staff was great - always ready to bring drinks and checking on the tables.
-Great food with a lot of variety.
-The Sunset Bar, especially at night, was amazing (but extra fee).

The hotel is located in Avsallar between Pegasos Royal and Pegasos Club hotels. Even the hotel was in mid-range prices, the catering was really good. The territory of the hotel was green, rooms were recently renovated but the best part of this hotel is its beach. It is sandy beach with clean warm water and it is not overcrowded.
Location and own beach was nice. The animation team did a splendid job with the resources they had. The barista in the coffee bar did wonderful coffee drinks. The cleaners did a good job at keeping the rooms clean. The spa is quite nice with an indoor pool, sauna and hamam which is included in the stay.
Nice infrastructure, hotel is good looking. Nice pools. Water in pools I think they warm up it a bit, it was not cold at all/ even on 24 May. Nice rooms there was enough space and good looking. Grade 7/10 no more because of low quality food. I expected a higher quality of food.

Well equipped apartment , facilities are clean and safe. Very friendly neighbors. Staff is helpful at 24/7. Beach, shops, and drugstore all are at a 10 min walk distance. Sand and beach shore is a love. Easy to get to Alanya/Antalya by bus.

The design of the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly. The reception staff were wonderful and helped in everything to satisfy you. I was in room number 3501 and it was very wonderful with a very beautiful view.
Everything, it was amazing, worth to stay there. Especially a good and long beach part, not small beach section like some other resorts in the area. Also the zoo and the waterparks in there are exceptional.
