Excellent service from bar staff particularly Irem and Isack and the staff at the restaurant. Polite professional and attentive service.
Excellent food choices with different foods all the time.

The Animation team was good but the events left a bit to be desired albeit a lot of effort was being put in.
Apparently they get an agency to send acts along and often these are not to standard. Also they only last for an hour.
At times there was music at the lobby bar. With excellent and mostly talented musicians.
The sister hotel next door is bigger and more crowded, we found. So we were happy that we were at this hotel as one can still use the bars at the other hotel (not restaurants)
We ate at the fish restaurant (at the other hotel) a couple of times. It's a small fee of 100 TL (LESS than 5 quid ) to eat there.and the food is a set menu with excellent fish choices and good service.
We also booked a massage package and I will recommend this as it was brilliant .. they aren't pushy and will promote a good value package to include massages and Turkish Hamam. We met a very friendly lady there named Natia. So if you speak to her she speaks a bit of English Georgian and Russian .
The beach is private and set in what can be described as an alcove ....so very feeble waves (if any at all )
The pool is large and lots of sunbeds and tables around.
Be sure to take part in the dart games if you are that way inclined .. it was a fun afternoon (when we did do it).
All in all it was a very relaxing holiday and we enjoyed it thoroughly

it was a great time there. the environment was perfect with a great view. The beach was so easy to access and the pool was perfectly clean. The staff were very friendly and responsible. lots of food and drinks.. because of the hight quality of the property, the other guests were very polite and cool. there was a night club with live music at night which made our time very memorable. We love to come back to this hotel very soon.

Very nice family running the business ,the room was clean, but the road is very busy, so noisy. And drunk people make so much noise till morning time. I couldn't stay there, I changed the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, delicious food, and really nice staff.
Friendly locals and Hotel staff. Scenery was amazing and food at the restaurant was varied and fresh. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a care free holiday specially for families looking for privacy and facilities that cater for Islamic values.

No shower gel no conditioner shampoo moisturiser.
I had booked most expensive suite and apart from the balcony view rest of the facilities were awful.
Shower was blocked and I had to take shower in puddle

I travel all the time and i did not see such a helpful reception in any other hotel. Hotel has excellent location with wonderful beach which has special sand. Food is good. Pegasos has 3 hotels next to each other in sane territory and you can walk through other hotels and join the activities also there. This makes the facilities bigger and more attractive. I will come here again. Also thanks a lot from the reception Abdurrahman, Eda and Mahmut. Wonderful hospitality.
The food was really good, staff were friendly and helpful too. Pool and beach were lovely and clean. The pool is relatively small but nice and always got a sunlounger as most people go to the beach. The beach is sandy but they have beach volleyball and other activities during the day. They give you separate beach towels and shower towels which was really nice. Overall, really nice hotel and worth it for the deal we got.

The private beach is nice and peaceful. The host is very welcoming and you can reach her 24/7 via whatsapp. Hygiene is at a very high standard.
Rooms are spacious and room service comes by daily to make sure everything is to your wishes.

The only thing I would complain is that I gained 1 kilo in a few days due to delicious food of course there is a nice gym that you can burn calories but instead I preferred enjoying this amazing hotel

Nice infrastructure, hotel is good looking. Nice pools. Water in pools I think they warm up it a bit, it was not cold at all/ even on 24 May. Nice rooms there was enough space and good looking. Grade 7/10 no more because of low quality food. I expected a higher quality of food.
Despite the difficulties of coronavirus, hotel did a great job to provide all-inclusive services. Rooms were exceptionally clean and hotel employees accommodated all of our requests. Sand at their beach is the best is Alanya. I would totally recommend this establishment.
Very comfy, staff is very friendly and professional, room are clean and comfortable, food is great and always fresh. Hotel location is good for nearby walking and exploring local shops and markets.
