The property is in good condition for its age. I liked the spacious corner room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and temperature, comfortable pillows, huge selection of English tv channels, proximity to some nice cafes and restaurants. I also loved soundproofing. I didn’t hear doors being slammed by neighbours or any noise from other rooms. I liked the large breakfast restaurant. Very spacious with friendly staff. The gym was also excellent with modern equipment.

North Pattaya is a good location with lots of activities for kids with Terminal 21 being a centerpiece of the beach town.
Pattaya is becoming sort of like Las Vegas in a way where the girlie bars and the naughty places are being replaced. Slowly but surely I think in the future. There's more money to be made from families then single guys buying beers and girls. Just like how Vegas shifted in the 80's and 90's in some ways. There huge shopping malls now, shows, and more family oriented style places to go to then say 20 years ago. Its worth a visit and its a beach town not far from Bangkok.

North Pattaya is the slightly posh, cleaner end of this old beach city. It's very quick to the main city area by local "baht bus" (hop in the open back of covered mini trucks) but much quieter away from the crowded entertainment and Walking Street (red light) areas of Central & South Pattaya.

Benn coming here for over 8 years and the sights have changed and everyone is so nice and pleasant, we do have friends who own a bar in Na Klua called 'The Blue Marlin' it is a great bar friendly staff, and very helpful, it is a great place to stay and will definitely go back again soon

I have loved staying in Naklua now for 6 or 7 years, I would still stay in Naklua if I ever go back to pattaya ( which is unlikely) but I would stay in a condo.. the hotels are full of Russian, Chinese and Indian tourists who have very little manners or awareness of other travelers.. The free breakfast was like a scrum.. people screaming and shouting, spitting on the floor.. using their hands to get fruit out of the buffet. I would rent a condo next time

There isn't really much to see in Pattaya in general. If You are interested in culture or history or the true Thailand it's the wrong place to be. A lot of construction is still going on. For an affordable luxury-hotel to spend a week it might be OK.
Pattaya is known for other "activities", you should be aware of that.

I liked this place a lot, and I'll be back. It's in a quiet area. The pools are fantastic if you enjoy swimming as exercise. The manager of the unit that I stayed in, K. Ice, was great. She manages a number of units in the building. She was ready to answer any questions that I had. It is not too far to walk to Wong Amat Beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It's a nice place to get away from everything.
First impression with this hotel is when we call the hotel and ask for the direction and shuttle service and we got ta very nice and friendly help from the hotel staffs. They are enthusiastic to help with our inquiry and request. The hotel looks amazing and luxurious. We can enjoy the ocean view from the room and can go though to the beach from the hotel. We totally love this trip with this hotel.

Room is decent and private pool makes it a nice morning wake up call. Staff are courteous and helpful. Price was great for the stay as it had a private pool in the villa. You are walking distance to one of the nicest malls - Terminal 21 (5 mins). Beach is not far as well if you wanted to walk.

I always stay in this hotel when visiting Pattaya. It is in a quiet location but easy to reach the nightlife with the baht buses which run every couple of minutes and charge a fixed price 10 baht [about 24p] to anywhere in town. There are many restaurants within a ten minute walking distance some of which have live bands. There is also a quiet beach about 30 mins away
This place is very nice. The best part is definately the private pool, which is clean and decent size.
The villa was spacious with separate toilet, bathtub and shower areas and pool access directly from the shower.
Breakfast had a nice variety of items.
The area has many services and is walking distance from Terminal 21 and the beach road.
The apartment is just great! You will not find such comfort and beauty in a five-star hotel. Most of all we was struck by the views from the window of the Temple and the ocean!
The beach on the territory of the building is the cleanest in Pattaya, it is almost private. Gorgeous pool and building area. We will definitely come back here.
A brightly decorated no frills hotel set back from the Wong Amat beachfront at the north end of Pattaya. Quieter area of the town, but an easy Thb10 bus ride to the centre. Adjacent mini supermarket provides extra essentials, like a toothbrush. Staff are friendly, chatty and helpful and the rooms are bright and clean.
It was perfect , while we were there they definitely had a problem with their I WiFi , which they didn’t actually mention .

There is no breakfast but the Bungalow was such good value & I liked the location & privacy it really did not matter. It was much more personable than a hotel & I really think I found a gem in the northern beach area of Pattaya.
I had a city view from my mini suite, the location is accessible to everything, malls, convenient stores, bars, street food, clinics and you can just take a motorbike to go for a swim in some beaches.
