We loved our stay in bamboo seacroft village - it was a nice little getaway from the party side of the island. The huts were so earthy and lovely, the accomodation also had a shared kitchen ready to use, a pool and much more. Everything important is a 5-minute walk away: 7-11, great food (we recommend Mamas Kop), bike rental, gym (a bit further away) and much more! The staff was lovely and all of our questions were answered quickly. We couldn’t get enough of the peaceful mornings in bamboo village and can’t wait to come back! The full moon party is further away, but taxis are nearby 24/7 so you don’t have to worry about that.

We have been to Thailand several times but we were looking for something different this time, something more peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. Haad Son was absolutely perfect. We stayed in Secret Beach Bungalows which is right on the beach, and within walking distance of a few awesome restaurants like Koh Raham, Wasabi, The Wave Sunset restaurant and the resorts own restaurant.
We did rent a scooter and drove around the island from here, which I also reccommend.

Really enjoyed it and definitely I'll come back if I can.. The beach location is perfect and the rooms are nice too. This Resort enjoys a really nice and good restaurant just beneath it.

Lovely beach with a rustic bar, great beats and cocktails.
Lovely beach with a rustic bar, great beats and cocktails. Great for snorkeling or relaxing. Close to great breakfast spots, most places have a beautiful view & amazing food. The restaurant at the resort was magical, you felt like you were in another world. Sunsets to die for. Also on the quieter side of the island, which was a little distance away from the pier, but definitely worth the drive.
