Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great every morning. Pool was always clean and lots of seating around it. Location was great for walking to everything in the Old City and to the silver temple just outside the walls.

The room is very clean and well maintained. Our room is on the top floor at a corner. Therefore it is very quiet at night and we can see the roof of temple outside the patio. The room has a small shelf that you can hang on the wet cloth at the patio. This is very useful during the summer. The staffs here are all very polite and friendly. The hotel also provides complimentary airport pick up and drop off services which is very helpful.
