We stopped here on the way from Phuket to Koh Lanta so only stayed one night but could easily have spent more time here. Very friendly and welcoming staff, spectacular pool and garden, very spacious and comfortable rooms, good food at the restaurant. Location was great too!

I needed to stay here for a few days because my regular AT SEA condo accommodation was booked. The hotel is located at the top end of the main street of Klong Muang.
It was an easy stay. The rooms are basic and clean and everything works fine with simple interior design. WiFi is strong.
The rooms come with or without a balcony (that overlooks the pool). The nightly fee reflects this difference.
Apart from a simple sign at the front (see photo) the Aspira doesn’t look much from the street - but I understand they have plans to upgrade and renovate. So I imagine the exterior facade will improve.
As of APRIL 24, the hotel has been open a few months. Its best feature is being next to my favorite Thai restaurant called THE TERRACE Authentic Thai Seafood.
Located in Klong Muang Beach, a 10-minute walk from Klong Muang Beach, Loy Chalet provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

Very nicely located right on the beach, the rooms are massive. Also a pool for when the sea is a bit too warm. The restaurant serves very decent food as well. Very quaint rooms designed like little houses with a lower and a upper room

This curved stretch of sand is what comes to mind when the word ‘beachcomber’ is mentioned.
Its just a laid-back, sleepy almost uninhabited beach that has an amazing amount of sea shells scattered along the shoreline; especially when the tides change.
It's only a few minutes walk if you are staying AT SEA condo.
But the reason why most people visit the beach in the late afternoon is to experience the always awesome sunsets.
From families to professional photographers with tripods and scene setups, this is where many of those iconic pictures of thailand beach culture originate from.
The name klong muang translated means “purple canal” but I cant see any evidence here :)

Good places to sleep and eat If you are looking for - the are a lot of attractions / day trips / boat trips. Very calm and different atmosphere from Ao Nang - so we liked it better. One main steer with restaurants, massages, travel agencies, etc. Less touristic and crowded than Ao Nang

Lovely quiet beach. Lots of places to have a beach massage.
Lovely quiet beach. Lots of places to have a beach massage. If you can get up to Tub Kaek beach, you won’t be disappointed.
Lots of places to eat and drink - we particularly enjoyed the Mexican next to the Varana hotel.

A great quiet location with plenty to see and do and good access to tours to the many islands. There was plenty of good Thai restaurants on the beach, however, The Rimlay Restaurant was by far the best food with great service and great sun sets as well.

Beautiful little gem of a beach.
Beautiful little gem of a beach. The water was super clear and although it is rocky when the tide goes out when it comes in you can swim no problem and the water is divine. We swam everyday and had plenty of shade to sit and read. We left our stuff to go in the water and felt super safe. There were a handful of people walking past and some Thai families using it also. You felt like you had space and could enjoy the nature around you. Really beautiful view with a small island in the distance and the limestone cliffs and islands on the horizon. The sunsets are really wonderful and there were perfect massage shacks looking onto the water and friendy little street food restaurants selling cheap local foods and shakes opposite our hotel. Would certainly recommend this if you want a peaceful stay away from crowds. Great for individuals, couples and families. Felt really safe there.

Communication was brilliant, responses to our messages via WhatsApp where almost instant. Local recommendations for things to do which was lovely and unexpected. Laundry services were available, fairly priced and time efficient. Short walk from the beach. Friendly neighbourhood with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Help was provided for moped hire. We felt well looked after here. Staff were super friendly and happy to help always.
- we enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended. Would recommend.
Amazing concept, really nice staff and excellent facilities. We really enjoyed the wellness offerings of the hotel, from the Spa to the delicious and healthy breakfast. The photos don't do it justice, it's even better in real life. The hotel is spacious, the perfect place to relax, but also very easy to visit all the nice places of the Krabi area (Hong island which is very close, Railey beach, Ao nang and the 4 islands).
The house is spacious, sparkling clean, beautiful set up with garden, perfectly located between beach and main road and it's restaurants and other facilities. Close to everywhere but still feeling very private, quiet and secluded. The hosts are amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming and responsive to any needs one may have. Jam was so kind to bring us breakfast and fruits every day which we enjoyed immensely. Thank you
Very nice room with spectacular sea view. Water upto the hotel during high tide. Good family run hotel with decent breakfast. The offer tour package, ferry ticket and drop off service too. The daughter of the owner was very nice with us. There are some nice restaurants around too. 7/11 just infront of this place, money exchange and atm also just beside. There were options of halal food too and mosque nearby.
We stayed for my birthday in October, the hotel is very good. Breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice. The restaurants on site are very good too. Food quality over all is excellent.
We loved our stay, special thanks goes out to Roh Chadaporn for arranging the beach front birthday meal, and also to Skye for waiting on us, nothing was a problem for her. We look forward to coming back.
The Hotels is great when you get there, the staff very friendly and helpful. The Hotel has great facilities, and we really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. There are a number of F&B options that allows variety and when you stay for an extended time you don't have to eat the same food over and over. The facilities are well maintained and probably as clean as can be expected.
Very reasonable price with good location and nearby local restaurant and 7-11 which makes it so convenient. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Bung Dech who helped me a lot after had a little accident and needed to use a wheelchair. The pool and breakfast are also great and the hotel also provides free shuttle to Ao Nang.
Very nice apartment, 2 separate bedrooms with a queen bed, very complete kitchen, nice balcony. Clean swimming pool on the premises. Nice owner who made efforts to get things comfortable . Washing machine , jacuzzi/bad and separate shower, two toilets. Wifi ok, but not fast.
Some nice restaurants and small supermarkt nearby.
It was a perfect stay in Krabi for us. The room was very cosy. The swimming pool is huge and looks better than on the photos. It's refreshing to jump on a hot day and swim a bit. The food in the hotel restaurant was great and the prices were amazing. It was our favourite place during the trip.
Everything was wonderful like the first time, they gave us again a free upgrade for a villa with private pool that was lovely, I highly recommend this place, the staff, the resort, the location, the service, everything has been to top standards, will come back next time we visit Krabi!
This place is very basic. Everything is just so essential that it’s more of a camping than a resort. It’s suitable if you are a family with children or senior couple who wants to spend for no much money some days far from the crowds.
Liked that it was away from the noise of central Krabi , yet not too far
The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming
Our check in was easy , rooms are large and modern
They have a good gym and the pools are wonderful
Nice resort and location, quiet and hidden, but still can walk to shops, food, bars and restaurants around the areas
Very nice down at breakfast and bar on high tide, views and the scene is great, sunsets are beautiful
We loved our stay at Beyond Krabi! The Hotel is lovely, in front of a nice beach. The rooms have a sea view that makes it special. The staff is always available to assist with anything. I would definitely come back.
Everything was wonderful. The staff. The food. The rooms. The location away from the noisy crowded beaches. I will definitely stay there again. For a relaxing beach trip on a budget this is the best value in Krabi.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, has a wonderful pool and very helpful and friendly owners. Breakfast is also good! It is a perfect location with a motorbike or a car. Such a great value for the money!
The beach is very mediocre with garbage out to the right of the hotel. Pool was adequate & breakfast was the highlight (very good food in general with great views).
