The place is nice, especially beautiful forests. I will the weather was better so that we could pick up mushrooms.
Overall, the city is very small and if the whether is bad there are no many things to look at. And it lacks some good places to eat.

During the weekend in winter,there was less people,but the tourist centre was closed most of the time.
It was very easy to just walk around the city centre,recommend to travelers to see it.

I stayed at the Hotel Pod Branou ("Hotel Under the Gate"), which was perfect, in my opinion. Reasonably priced, clean and confortable, and their restaurant served an excellent dinner. Unfortunately I only stayed there one night, and so wasn't able to enjoy the city as much as I should have, as I really fell in love with this place. The historic city center and especially the town square is probably one of the prettiest I have seen in all my years of travel. Also, so much interesting and historic stuff very close to the town, like castles and open air museums and wooden churches and all kinds of cool stuff. Will definitely be back.

The people of Bardejov are very friendly, kind and make an effort to speak English! You could walk to the Town Square easily, restaurants were close by as well as Tesco( which is like a mini Walmart and had everything.) We were there for our son’s wedding and could not have asked for a better week!!
A cozy, stylish hotel close to the very center of Bardejov, with the most stunning wellness! I was really impressed by the wellness which has it all: Finnish, steam and UV saunas, icecold bath, ice cubes, warm chairs to lie on, a relax room, a jacuzzi. The massages were great too and super cheap. Breakfast was very good, the staff super nice. We loved the details of the dining room, it makes you feel like you're in Renaissance, but with a modern touch. Really nice!
Amazing historical house in the middle of main square of magical Bardejov. The ground floor is a cultural centre. What is listed as a studio is actually a vast 2 stories flat up in the attic, full of charm yet newly refurbished, spotless, so peaceful and beautifully decorated. Best shower, most comfortable bed, warm, bright, cosy. I actually changed my plan just to sleep in this building and it was totally worth it.
Penzion Magura is situated close to the old city center of Bardejov, which, by the way, is a real gem, and right beside a convenient supermarket. Our room was clean, really spacious and equipped with a fridge. Breakfast was varied and plenty, the young lady in charge, perfectly speaking English, was extremely helpful and kind. We truly enjoyed our three-days stay.
Excellent newly refurbished flat in the centre of this historic small town. Every convenience in the kitchen and bathroom. Host lent us a parking card so we could leave our car right outside the property free of charge. The terrace/balcony area has tables and chairs and is an excellent place to eat. Bardejov is very charming and there's plenty to see in the area.

Very good hotel in the Bardejov's old town just a few steps from its famous medieval Radničné square a UNESCO heritage site.

Amazing spacious and well-equipped apartment in the heart of the old town in Bardejov. There was even an option to purchase snacks and drinks as some on display. The apartments is on the top floor so three flights of stairs but totally worth it. It was so comfortable and just what we needed, just wished we could have stayed longer.
The hotel is situated on a hilltop with a great view of Bardejov. The grounds are extensive and well cared for - a lovely place to walk around. The staff was most accommodating and hospitable. If you want peace and quiet at the end of a busy day of touring, this is an ideal place.
The room was clean and comfy, the place is positioned between the town of Bardejov and its spa area, and the nature in June is just splendid. Also the restaurant is a big plus and the staff there was mostly nice
Nice place in the vicinity of Bardejov, Bardejovske kupele and Zborov. Best if you're on a car, although there is bus connection with Bardejov and lots of hiking trails. Comfy room and hospitable owners

It's conveniently located between Bardejov and Bardejovske kupele. The room itself is pretty well equipped and good value if it weren't for the issues I described.
We are quite demanding people when it comes to hotels/apartments and usually find some things we did not like. Not in this case. We were satisfied with the stay.
