We’ve previously stayed in another accommodation with 2 rooms, but our “smaller” single room in hotel Prunk felt more spacious and had enough room for our bags and clothes. The location may not look anything special, but you’ll be able to get to Trieste or the Miramare castle as well as other interesting destinations in Slovenia easily. We’ve also found it very convenient to have the parking lot right in the front of the building.
Located in Sežana, Residence Apolonija Guest House offers an onsite restaurant. Free WiFi access is available in some parts of the property. The centre of Sežana is 2 km away.

The couple we stayed at was very sweet and helpful! In the morning we got a cup of coffee and som biscuits. They came to pick us up from the train station in Divaca and where generally very helpful:)

Iris was the perfect helpful host , had a great big tv with hundreds of tv channels , great for English only speakers . Great views in a tiny village, right to Italy . On site parking too.
There are many things to see around. We visited Lipica farm and Koper town. We found very good food at decent price at "Gostlina Spark" restaurant, it is behind the "business incubator" center, across the street from Lidl supermarket.

Close to Trieste and the Karst area, very scenic in a beautiful setting. All stores within 7 min drive, autostrada at 1.5 km but next to no noise. ideal for hikes, cycling, exploring rural environments, local sights and heritage of the Karst area. Fantastic local wine.

The landscape altogether is pure nature and wildlife as well as the place being close to the bigger city of Trieste - only 30km away and in Italy. Of course it is also not far from another place by the seaside called Pirana - which is in Slowenia. Basically a good base to start any journey - best by car but there is public transport -bus mainly.
Really cool and stylish hotel in the peaceful and lovely place of Lipica - we booked it quite accidentally to stay overnight during the road trip. However, we were really surprised by big beautiful surroundings, horses and very nice breakfast.
They had filter coffee, wonderful fresh croissants, good amount of fruit and vegetables etc.
Will come back to this place for a full scale vacation to have a proper social detox and time with nature.
This is a very modern and beautiful suite. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is large and high quality. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Only 10 minutes from Sezana, the suite is in a very peaceful location on a very nice property. The adjoining sauna area looked excellent but we didn't use it during our stay.
We stayed in the new side of the hotel and loved the spacious rooms and design. The kids loved the pool. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice breakfast area offering so many choices to eat and drink. They even offered to cook scrambled eggs for our children. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The rooms are large and nicely designed, the beds comfortable and the shower hot. The figured maple veneered woodwork, the bathrobes and slippers in the closet and the large bathrooms at this hotel would be more commonly found at much much pricier establishments.
All in all great value for money. Slept in the new building of the hotel. One of the best included breakfast in all time, super comfortable bed, friendly stuff at the buffet, well located behind Triest for travellers. Small garage for motorcycles.
Vilabela was excellent. Stylish and well appointed, very comfortable bed; quiet and beautiful location, convenient to Sezana (market, restaurants) and Skocjan caves. Gracious host made us feel welcomed and was quickly responsive to questions.
Hotel provides level 4*** beds were comfortable. Location is ideal for transit.
Basic glutenfree breakfast is not available, it can be upgrade with some bread or biscuits.
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms with a tasty buffet for breakfast and dinner. Good location near a small Slovenian town and also close enough to Trieste.
