Clean, compact and compelling, Singapore seamlessly combines the best of Asia. Different cultures and cuisines live side by side, whilst maintaining their own identity.
Behind the bright lights of Chinatown is great value dim sum, while Little India is a sensation for the senses. Wander past the pastel-painted facades of Malay-dominated Geylang Seari for a taste of days gone by, then stop off at the Colonial-style Raffles Hotel, birthplace of the Singapore Sling cocktail.
For a retreat from the hustle and bustle, take the cable car to the sandy beaches of Sentosa, an island just south of the city centre. Also here is Universal Studios Singapore, a theme park brimming with the magic of the movies.
As you’d expect from the host of the world’s only Formula 1 night race, once night falls, Singapore is still very much alive. Its Night Safari is a zoo offering the rare chance to see nocturnal animals going about their business.
Although small enough to see on foot, Singapore has an efficient public transport system which extends as far as Singapore Changi Airport. With a choice of Singapore accommodation ranging from budget hostels to luxury hotels, Booking.com is bound to have the right choice for your holiday.
Super green, clean and culturally diverse city state.
Super green, clean and culturally diverse city state. Lots to see and do. Though food can be very reasonable and super delicious with a wide range of variety, other things such as the attractions call all add up to being a bit expensive. Public transport connectivity is excellent, very reasonably priced and efficient.
Must visit the Gardens by the Bay and all its attractions especially the Flower Dome & Cloud Forest. A visit up to Ces't La Vie at the Marina Bay Sands. A whole day can be spent at Sentosa and its many attractions. The historical and heritage places in and around Chinatown and Little India are good to visit. Cheap shopping at Bugis. Night out at Clark Quay.

We only had a short visit so didn't get to see much but we really enjoyed what we saw. Highly recommend Chinatown for inexpensive and authentic street food. Yum
Everyone knows Singapore can be expensive but if you find the right places it doesn't have to be. Public transport is excellent and cheap and taxis are very well regulated so you won't get ripped off.
I didn't expect to like Singapore now as it is generally a very modern city but it still retains some old world charm. Next time I will stay longer

This is a beautiful place & is super clean. The people are very friendly & lovely. I had a good chat with everyone I met. They’ll take out their time to assist foreigners. And they are so honest.

Everyone was most helpful and seemed very happy to be living and working there no matter where we went. A wonderful blend of old and new and seemed to cater for everyone young and old.
Was wonderfully clean and felt very safe
The airport was a delight
Was a little on the expensive side but there obviously were cheap options for those on a tight budget.
We loved the gardens
I think the value for money is relative, hotels in Singapore are generally a lot more expensive than the hotels in Malaysia so comparatively your money gets you less in Singapore. That said, given that it is a budget hotel the location is excellent as there is a lot of local cheap food in the area and with a lot of choices. Our room wasn’t perfectly clean and the bathroom was a little smelly, but given that it was budget, it was still good enough. The beds were comfy and the air con was in good condition so we slept very well.
We booked the hotel when we could not get on a flight fm Singapore to Sydney at Changi Airport.
Price was reasonable for a stay of 6-7 hours (overnight). Airport Hotels in Singapore are expensive; Hotel 81 staff were efficient n room met our needs for the purpose of our stay. Also, it’s on a busy street with local restaurants, coffee shops in vicinity even though we didn’t need it but the room was very quiet, possibly because we requested it n got a room not facing the Main Street. Reception staff were responsive and helpful.
My stay at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel was exceptional! Located centrally on Orchard Road, it was incredibly convenient. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was stylish and very comfortable, with every detail meticulously maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both local and international dishes. The pool and spa provided perfect relaxation after exploring the city. Highly recommend for a luxurious and hassle-free experience in Singapore!
The loft and premier rooms were beautifully designed and decorated with a lot of thought. The hotel is a short walking distance to Jalan Besar and Rochar MRT stations. Rizwana was exceptional and a true credit to Wanderlust. She assisted us with our rooms, upgraded my daughter’s room, gave us a lot of necessary information along with the nearest clinic for ART (antigen rapid test). The service I’d received was far better than any luxury hotels I’d stayed in. This will be my go to hotel whenever I’m in Singapore.
Our recent five-day stay at Le Grove in Singapore was exceptional. The spacious apartment provided the perfect retreat for relaxation after exploring the city. The hotel's shuttle service made it easy to access metros and bus stations, while the complimentary weekday breakfast was a delightful perk. The hotel's cleanliness and attentive staff further enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Le Grove to any tourist visiting Singapore.
The hotel is new and located in the city center. Nearby is the MRT & bus station, which is very convenient to go by public transport. The most unique point is the spacious room, 30m2, which is a lot bigger than other hotels in Singapore. The staff is very thoughtful to prepare a small gift for my honeymoon stay as well. Got nothing to complain about this stay. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.
This is my second time staying at the lyf Funan. The location is perfect and if you need anything you can literally step right into the mall and get it. Compared to other hotels in singapore, this is an excellent find if you're looking to strike a balance between cheap accommodation and a nice place. Well maintained and clean rooms with a comfy bed good for two people. You can also do your laundry there.
- extremely clean which is very important to me
- literally one minute to the Jalan Besar subway station (Downtown line)
- very close to two hawker markets
- quiet
- comfortable bed and pillows
- great shower and very nice toiletries
- free washing machine and dryer
- very good value for money compared to other hotels in Singapore
- close to specialty coffee cafe
Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I was greeted by Hidayah the Front Office staff who was very efficient. She met all of my request and had a fast check in despite the long queue. Thank you to her. We had a high floor with a great pool view. The food was great and everything went smoothly till check out. Will definitely come back to stay again.
It's a decent hotel, much better than other "budget" hotels you can find in Singapore.
The room I lived in is very bright with 2 windows. The room size is not bad as a budget hotel. There is a desk and a chair with a roof light above. Not bad for working remotely.
If your room is in the rear end, there is no road noise at all.
good location, I really liked the size of the room, there was something like a window in the room, this is rare for hotels in Singapore. the bed is good, better than in other hotels. having a bath. administrator Jimmy is very kind, he helped me many times. P.s. give him an award, please 😁
Quiet and clean. Affordable price in comparison with other capsule hotels in Singapore
Commune and bath room was cleaned every morning and afternoon.
Staffs were very friendly and supportive.
The location’s near Chinatown, MRTs and other attractions - very convenient to visit around.
Good quality room for the price, considering how expensive hotels in Singapore are. Drinking water tab in the bathroom was very helpful. All the amenities provided. Probably the least shady Hotel 81 in Geylang area. Bus stop nearby.
The hotel is near the Rocher MRT and across the road from Little India. It's in a convenient central location. It's new and clean. The room is compact but I think that's the case for most of the hotels in Singapore.
Very clean and room is bigger than many other budget hotels in Singapore. Hotel didn't feel like a budget hotel. Very nice neighbourhood. Best choice to relax in Singapore.
A cozy and pleasant apartment at the heart of Singapore, next to the Downtown train line station. It's an apartment but the staff can provide hotel services.
