Very friendly staff and accommodating with the request for an allergy-friendly premium, prior to arriving. The view over the lake, city hall, and part of the town was amazing! Should you decide to get married at city hall, definitely book this room category for the view alone! (We were on the 16th floor)
Hotel staff were very helpful with requests that came up during the stay, e.g. a vase for the bridal bouquet.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds, room very clean but hallways were very damaged with some doors damaged and carpet not too clean. Breakfast is amazing and staff more than amazing. I think for the price I paid I can get a better hotel in the city.

Very clean and spacious.
The location is really good as it’s situated right outside a tram and we purchased the 72hr travel card which we were able to use throughout the whole of Stockholm. Therefore we saved monies by not staying in central. Free water and tea in the lobby. We didn’t get the breakfast option as they only offer cold breakfast but we went to the espresso house next door which offered great options and a few cafe down the road and the sky bar offers brunch. Supermarket few doors down too which offers a great variety. Free toiletries was offered but not replenished when finished so we had to ask for more. Free gym too.

Room was supposed to be “sound proofed”, but it was the complete opposite. Got no assistance on it from reception either, not even a pair of earplugs

Incredible city! So much to see and experience.
Incredible city! So much to see and experience. The people are friendly and courteous. Safety feels great. No trash, litter or homeless. Take an inexpensive Stockholm Commuter Ferry ... no descriptions of the history or areas you see but peaceful and enjoyable to see how the Swede's move around without cars.

We have spent full 3 beautiful days sightseeing the city, and still did not manage to see everything. Stockholm really surprised us with rich culture, lots of historical landmarks and interesting museums. It is called "The Venice of the North" for a reason - there are many ways to move around the city by boats, ferries or yachts.
Swedes are very friendly and happy people too.
We will definitely come back to this place to complete our sightseeing, as 3 days was merely half the time needed to see all.

We stayed in Ostermalm which is a good location because it's near both the central CBD and gamla stan, which is where all the major historical attractions are. You wouldn't want to stay too much further away from gamla stan than we did unless you're prepared to do taxis and public transport alot. I'd say Ostermalm was a good choice in terms of location. It allowed you to see a "local" Stockholm whereas if you stay in the hotels around the water, as nice as they are, you probably wouldn't see that side of it as much. But for a short stay, I can see why you'd do that. I'd probably allow a minimum of 4 days in Stockholm if I was planning a trip.

We stayed five days and for us it was perfect, because we visited two sites a day and that gave us time to walk the city in a relaxed manner. No rush, no fuss.
If you visit Stockholm, you have to Visit the Vasa Museum. Do NOT miss it!
Very comfortable beds, room & bathroom spotlessly clean, best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a hotel, most excellent location right on Gamla Stan so wherever you're off to you get to wander through the pretty medieval streets first. Unless you're off to the museums at Djürgarden, in which case the ferry terminal is right in front of the door 👌 All staff, and especially room staff, were super friendly (and obviously did an awesome job). Would absolutely stay here again if I'm lucky enough to come back to Stockholm!
-The location is really good - the street is calm and the hotel is situated within a comfortable walking distance from both Central Station and the city centre (also good bus/tram connection to all the museums).
-The breakfast was amazing!!! Really good choice of food. Worth booking just to experience it.
- The room was clean and in a good condition.
- unproblematic and very quick check-in and check-out.
- The positives outweight the negatives.
- I would recommend this hotel to someone travelling to Stockholm.
Everything was excellent. The Staff are above and beyond excellent. The best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. The rooms so peaceful and quiet. The two adjoining Restaurants, Miss Voon & Goma are exceptionally good and efficient. The best area in Stockholm.
A beautiful park in front of the Hotel. Choice of Tunnelbana. Highly recommend. I will be back😍Thank you to all Staff. 👌
This was an absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Close to train station and all other main attractions in Stockholm - easy to get anywhere. Breakfast was the best we have had anywhere in our travels. Staff were lovely. Beds super comfy. We would definitely stay again.
I loved the location of the hotel it is strategically located near the shopping district with the best view of Stockholm. I really liked the cosiness of the rooms.
