We booked the Junior Suite which turned out to be too dark for our taste. The reception quickly helped out and moved us to another Suite which was just in our taste! Great work!

Lovely quiet town with easy access to major roads. The local museum always has interesting displays and useful information regarding other historic sites in the vicinity. Also the cathedral is worth a visit and the guides there very helpful.
I do not have much to say about the room as we got there late and left early except it had some nice antiques and the WIFI worked . The food, however was outstanding. Our dinner of salmon (mine) and "duet fish" (my husband's) were delicious and both had beautiful presentation which made the meal even more special. The staff and service were also excellent. Breakfast was also good and we left the Hotell knowing we would highly recommend it to friends and foamily.
The location and buildings are amazing if you like history. Really incredible old buildings and location is very convenient to E20, Skara and Skövde. The onsite restaurant is lovely and the food is decent, probably even better during peak season, price is a bit high but you make up for it on room prices which, at least off season, were extremely low!
Very cosy B&B in an old charming villa. The whole house is furnished with style. You can use living room, kitchen with dining room and a patio. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner was helpful.
We would definitely recommend staying there if you are coming to Skara Sommarland or wants to hike around the lake.
Surprisingly good hotel concerning the location outside a small city like Skara. Nice restaurant with good quality and reasonable pricing. Over average breakfast with a vide variety of food. Convenient location very close to E20. The collection of Anders Zorn paintings was breathtaking.
We visited the place during Easter holidays, enjoyed the countryside environment, the convenient location close to Skara and Hornborgasjön where we could watch the birds cranes and spoiled by their delicious food, also liked the historical buildings. we were more than satisfied ;)
It was quite pleasant experience in best western hotel. Entire family and friend enjoyed the stay in the hotel. We intend to recommend to friends and extended families. The barngolf, the breakfast were two things we liked the most among all the amenties.
Well situated on the countryside with cows, goats, dogs, cats and a rabbit as neighbours, but still close to main road (and Skara Sommarland). Just opened and routines not fully in place yet, but when they are in place it will be great.
A hotel how you expect it to be, nothing extraordinary though. Clean & tidy room, decent breakfast option, a bar to enjoy a drink in the evening and ample parking space. A mini golf for entertainment. Everything at a reasonable price!!
In relation to the price that I paid this hotel was really excellent. It is a simple hotel with not frills. However, it is clean, there is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meal and the staff was very friendly.
Spacious suite with a comfortable sitting area and a full tub in addition to a small shower. The breakfast was great. The hotel is full of art. We felt really comfortable in our room.
