Excellent customer service, we made quite a late booking after a train delay, then the train was hour late so we communicated that, and they just made it easy to arrive at after long day. Food at the hotel pub, trotters, was just simply amazing. Breakfast was a good buffet. They were okay with us chilling in the hotel lobby till the end of the day for our next train.

Good washing facilities and a nice area. The cabin was clean as was the camp site.
The owner took care of us by providing a taxi booking from railway station to the hotel at 22:30, when the town was completely empty. On the next day she allowed us to stay until 16:00 in the room at no charge as our train to Stockholm was afternoon.
To summarize: very helpful personnel, good breakfast, coffee is available 24/7, only short drive by bus to the town center, buses every 30 min.
I enjoyed its proximity to the train station, the comfort of the bed and room finishings. I liked parts of the breakfast. The relaxation room was my favourite place in the hotel. I also liked that the hotel had a small kitchen to store and heat up food. Super practical.
The hotel was directly across from the train station and only 5 min walk from the city center, brilliant location! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean and warm. There was a great selection for breakfast, it really helped start the day right!

We were positively surprised by the service level and by attention to details in the hotel in comparation with the accommodation price. If you will stay in Boden, have at least one night stay at Drottninggatan 11 and you will get very nice experience.
The breakfast was extraordinarily good! The buffet had everything you could imagine and more. The rooms where very decent and the bed cozy. The location is perfect for traveling with the train, because the rail station is near the hotel.
