First and most importantly, the front desk agent helped find a tool to tighten and fix the wheel on my suitcase. This was immensely helpful as I have 2 more weeks in Europe. I had a great hamburger in the restaurant. The room was small but well equipped. Would have been challenging for 2 ppl. Shuttle was prompt on my way out.

A good option near the airport, the shuttle service runs smoothly and it offers a nice breakfast. The room was small, but perfect for a solo traveler. They were super helpful as there was a lot of movement due to the Taylor Swift concert.

Situated with a lovely prospect of the lake and easy access for walking along the waterfront and to the shopping street and nearby gallery, we loved the location; such a short-drive from the airport made it the best choice after an international flight. The meal in the restaurant of Swedish cuisine, and yes, even a wonderful bottle of Swedish wine, recommended by a brilliant head waiter, was dazzling good fun. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and an elaborately diverse spread. Good coffee! The historic large room was comfortable and charming, with fine bed. One of our favorite hotel stays!

I was very thankful that the shuttle bus was there for me after I landed at 1145pm at night. It was my first time at the airport and I had challenges with calling the airport from my US cell phone. I hadn't confirmed prior bit when I messaged the hotel to ask about the shuttle bus times, it seems like they noted it down because after struggling to call the number I came outside just to check and the shuttle bus was there waiting for me. I'm so very thankful to have that care that late at night and for my first time here.
The room was very clean and spacious enough for me one night.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety.
The staff were very polite and respectful.
I like how you can use the shuttle to get to the airport then connect with transportation to the city center fir Stockholm. That is a great feature.
