I would like to inform the management of this hotel to make a routine check for all rooms because I find as example the room no 239 it needs for some work in bathrooms the bathrooms selling is very bad and the bathrooms chair is too old and the door step is not stable and I am sure there is a lot of weekness point in other rooms in bathroom or in the facility

The hotel is at a very good and quite area and close to the busy street 5 minutes by car.

This accommodation is ideal for both business and tourism. It is located in a quiet residential area in Onayazh city in Qassim region in KSA. Though taxi services are available, it is better if he guest has access to a car to commute to restaurants , cities, and parks. The hotel staff were so friendly and very prompt to respond to guests requests. An excellent value for the moiety . I highly recommend this accommodation for travelers with a thrifty budget.
Honestly, a great hotel I did not expect how professional the management team was, the room was vey clean with all what you can think of as a business hotel, there were many guest families at the hotel, I did not have much time to enjoy all the facilities like the restaurant or swimming pool but I am planning to do so in the future.
Hotel landscaping and environment is very good and only missing part is to provide temperature control water pools in order to use the facilities. 100%, as kids didn't use the pool because of cold water in the pool
I booked this hotel as I was traveling from to east to west Saudi. It does the job for an overnight stay. Staff are excellent and properly are the best thing of this hotel . The main bed was clean and comfy.
