This hotel is living up to its name. The view from our room was sea view, the view from the restaurant was sea view.
The foods are good and the prices are reasonable as well. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
We had a good experience staying in this hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Umm Lajj is projected as Maldives of Red sea. However it has the potential to become Maldives of Red sea. Right now it is not. There is no boat ride to the sea. It is currently closed due to Red sea development project.

Boating was closed so we couldnt explore white sandy beaches at islands which was our main reason to come to umluj

we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights but were very disappointed...
we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights but were very disappointed because the government has stopped the boat excursions for over a moth already...so no islands could be visited...the other Umluj beaches were not worth the trip.

Nothing was good, lot of mosquitoes around in open areas as well as inside the rooms. Bought mosquito repellent to stay inside the room. Air condition was not working they tried to fix till 1am later we hv to change room in the middle of night. No mirror in washroom, all kind of different used soaps, hand wash n shampoos. Clogged water taps n shower. Broken commode seat. Stray Cats were freely moving inside the property n entered our room during night. Price is v v expensive for such level actually no service level. Never recommend to stay.

The ocean is incredibly calm and clear.
The ocean is incredibly calm and clear. It was easy to see the bottom along with all of the Sea Life. They are planning an expansion and development as a tourist attraction. Hurry before it becomes an over-developed tourist trap.
