Hotel is.located on maim Road and easily accessible. Its a 3 star property and rooms were quite comfortable. Cleanliness was well maintained and some staff were very polite and courteous. Breakfast option was good but there wasnt buffet breakfast. However what ever was available was sufficient. Food was considerable and fairly priced. Taste of food was also good
The staff here were very helpful and there's a fantastic cafe downstairs serving good coffee and tea. The owner in particular spoke great English and was great help when I was trying to find a car hire to take to the likes of Abha and Jizan, as well as some of the other sites around Najran too. Clearly the best place to stay if you're ever in Najran
One of the best hotels in Najran, it's good to have such establishments in Najran, the city needs more of this. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Bed was comfortable and AC was good. I hope they can upgrade to a bigger building with more rooms and facilities and expand to make more branches in the future, all the best.
Everything was perfect! Beds are one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Room was clean and neat. Staff are beyond friendly. I was actually given an upgrade to suite for no reason and without asking. It will be definitely be my future choice when I come back to Najran

Everything about the hotel, his manager Mr. Hazem upgraded my room with an invitation for a dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing.

The security was great. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfy. You can't go up without a key. Receptionist was accomodating and friendly. Definitely recommended for a stay in Najran.
The hotel allows you to check in anytime you arrive, that really helped me because I came from a far place and was very tired. I arrived 9 am and I checked in immediately.
