The next day rooms service, is effected only if you ask for it. But no one told us we should have done it, so, service not done.
We checked in 4 rooms, and at no one of our groups has been told to do so.
So be careful if go there, make sure "you ask for what you pay"

This is a great lively, vibrant town just on the outskirts...
This is a great lively, vibrant town just on the outskirts of Abha. We enjoyed coming "home" to Khamis Mushayt each night after exploring Abha and the surrounds. It has a good variety of shops and restaurants and a good central place for all the tourist stops. We would definitely recommend staying in Khamis as opposed to Abha which seemed very busy all the time.

lots of grocery stores, fruit vendors and restaurants. Nothing to do in that area though. WE tried to find the THursday Souk but no one could help us find it. It was a safe distance from Abha and the crowds but maybe not for 3 nights.
It helps if you speak Arabic!
The hotel was fairly good, I do not understand why some people gave this place a full mark.
Although the hotel is good but I think it was over rated.
There are some obeservations
1- a strong smil in the Hotel corridors.
2-TV channels did not work.
Over all the hotel was not bad and good for the price
The hotel is perfect, the staff very cooperative. They gave a very good memorable moments to my family. They provide us two joined rooms as we requested. Thanks to all the staff especially Albaraa Alqarni who take care of all details to make our journey very pleasant.
All thanks to brother Mohammed to his handling Almmtaz hospitality to us in the hotel and it was more than a friendly sit CDDA and I work and Satie soon became this hotel featured very beautiful and comfortable, and the foundation Alkan and the design is very Mmtaz

The receptionist Manal was really nice. She worked professionally, treating customers with respect and solving there issues. Hotel was clean. Big windows. Nice view.
Location of the hotel is quiet good. This is simple to find it quickly. Some stores, pharmacy, fast-food places and gas station are not so far from the hotel.
