I arrived with my family and we checked in around 9 am without incurring any extra fees, thanks to, I believe, the night manager. Mr. Ahmed, the front office manager, was incredibly helpful, and we were even upgraded to a better room. The room itself was impeccably clean, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to شجيب (Sajib) and فرقان (Fourqan), the housekeeping team, for their excellent service.
The location was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, as it's only a 4-minute walk to the holy mosque of Mecca. We found the hotel to be excellent value for money, and I'm confident that we'll return again in the future.

The room was good.
The location 9/10 is about 4–6 minutes to reach Ghaza Bus Station, then walk 10–15 minutes to reach the Haram gates.
It gets a 7/10 in cleaning.
We asked the bus many times to wait for us for 5 minutes, and he did.
