Everything was great ...except one bad experience I went to Her to book trian ticket from Makkah to Madinah I went to Front Desk Reservation Staff ...on 26th April 2024 @ 4:30 pm FRONT DESK STAFF ( SHE finished booking and my bank card charged at 4:44 pm I asked her to book for 27th April 2024 train 🚆 at 5:25 pm. She booked for 5:25 pm train 🚆 @ 26th April 2024 same date and train was leaving in 45 mins and where as I already had booking in hotle and paid till 27th April 2024...what a terrible mess she did . I booked 4 adult tickets 🎟 AED ( UAE currency ) 1150 approximately She took print and handed over to me . Once reached train station they said it expired, and I had to pay second time ..... Front Desk staff said 26th mentioned as its being booked today....excused given when I asked ....I was tired and exhausted after Umrah and had no Energy and Completely trusted as it was 5 star hotle ... There mistake cost me 1150 AED .... Complained hotle , emailed Negative response Train company , negative response... Travellers be careful from Front desk Al Makram AlAjdad booking counter ...makkah City Still they didn't refunded me .... No where to go and complain Incase I get refund , I will thank and comment again... Anyhow hotle was Excellent, clean , staff helpful . Good location. Room was very neat and clean. Elevators were easily accessible and very fast.The bell boy came to the car as soon as i checked in and parked. Free parking was also available. The reception staff were too good and helpful. Busses to Haram were also very frequent.

The price was very good and the hotel was clean and had good facilities. The free Ramadan shuttle has fixed times for pick up and drop off to and from hotel, but only drops you to Jamarat station and then from there you need to get another bus (pay 8SR approx return) which drops you by Safa/Marwa entrance. Although the hotel is also close to the main road from where you can easily get the Makkah Bus and taxis to Haram.
