the hotel room was lovely, exceeded my expectations. However, there was a rotten egg smell in the kitchen area, which was the only issue!
The staff are GREAT starting with Ahmed Almehaimeed at the reception who was more than surprised me with his high level of professionalism and care. He works with passion and dedication. His other colleagues were good as well. Staff at the restaurant and room service were excellent espt Sohail. The hotel as a whole is well known by taxi drivers and easy to reach.
We've stayed in this hotel before and was impressed with our suite. Actually, very surprised. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
With the exception of what I mentioned above about what I didn't like, all else was great.

Staff, cleanliness, attentiveness, quietness, quick check-in check-out, Hussle free. Booked smoking room by mistake, called hotel to change for non-smoking, and was promised to get my wish, and the gentleman in the reception desk (Mr Khalid) did it with a big smile in his face, not implying that he was not wearing face mask though.

As a frequent visitor since 2015, I like the fact that this hotel has maintained adherence to high standards which keeps this hotel apart relative to the accommodations in its surrounding areas i.e Gassim region.
Once again, we were happily greeted by a welcoming staff and the hotel manager, Mr. Amr.
