The location of the hotel was good. I stayed in Room # 508 which was a road faced two bedroom suite. The size of the room was reasonable with availability of all basic items for a comfortable stay. Had dinner and breakfast from the restaurant of the hotel and both very reasonably priced and tasty. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The kitchen is to the point and is equipped with a fridge, a kettle and an electric stove.
I was really nice experience staying at LOTA suites. It’s a new building with nice, clean and comfortable room with all the required facilities especially microwave which you need for children.
The location is also a huge advantage as it’s located in city centre and close to Prince Hossam Park.
With the start of lift facility and coordination with staff facility, it would be one of the best places to stay at Al Baha.
We had booked three rooms. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff helped arrange the room on the same floor which made it convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The location of the hotel is just on the side of one of the main roads of Al Baha. A small mosque is located adjacent to the property. Free parking is available on the hotel premises.
The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. I recommend it, especially to those who travel for a business mission and are looking for comfort .. Omar, the receptionist, was very helpful and cared about customers and worked on their comfort. Omar was one of the reasons that made me feel comfortable in this hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip to .I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with every aspect of my stay, including the exceptional staff behavior, high standards of hygiene, and remarkable comfort provided by the hotel.
The hotel room and lobby is clean. The staff is friendly. Only the hotel rate is something high but quite enough to compensate with the room ambiance and facilities which is high standard. I will stay in this hotel next time and hope to catch their promo rate.
