I arrived and there was plenty of car parking spaces. Then I was greeted by a lovely smell at reception (and throughout the property, to be honest). Friendly staff. Clean toilets. Big room, with pleanty of towels, slippers and all sorts of sanitary products. Minifridge and TV, although I didn't use the TV. No aircon (at least in my room) but it wasn't an inconvenience. Again, cleanliness was omnipresent. The restaurant was great as well, with tasty food and plenty of options, although i didn't have a breakfast there. Prices might seem a bit high, compared to other places in the area, but it's for a good reason. Well justified. Would definitely recommend.

Service was excellent. Very receptive, opened and friendly hosts. Hotel is absolutely new. Rooms were clean and corresponded to the photos from Booking. Reception always available. Location is perfect. View is just breathtaking, the sounds of rivers and nature totally relaxing you. First line from the road, so we could find it very easy. Women from reception, Mariana and her colleague just made our day.
the hotel is located near the forest, very easy to find and was surrounded by snow- we stayed here between Christmas and New year . the restaurant is serving delicious traditional meals and not only. Breakfast was included in our room rate, set as buffet, but willing to satisfy also other requests - when you are traveling with 2 children is perfect :) .
we will return to this hotel in the summer or Easter Holidays.
The cabine was very warm , cozy and very peaceful..inside the cabin was very traditional made with wood , Very nice for few days, you can walk with your family in the forest , and enjoy your time in the mountains.
You can visit the Monastery in Putna , like 1 h driving , and Monastery of Sucevita ( Recommended) .

Everything there is at a bigger scale than normal hotels. The dining area is huge and also the rooms are huge, even the beds. We have stayed in two adjacent rooms and I think they had more than 100 square meters. The beds are very big and very comfortable. Each room had a couch and they were also very comfortable. If you want you can relax in a hot water barrel outside.
We stopped for one but when we fled from Ukraine (The owners of the hotel are very pleasant, caring, attentive, they let us in with a small dog, even though it’s forbidden! It’s very cozy, warm, like at home, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for recreation!
