The receptionist is super friendly, she provided all info we need and we might need. The area of the hotel is large, it consisted of two buildings. The room that we got was really nice and spacious. If I remember right it was 213, not so sure. It has a huge balcony with comfortable beach chairs that my daughter and I love so much.
Food was also great, fresh tiger shrimp with acceptable price. Most of the above, the staffs are so awesome, they made us feel so welcomed and they always smiled.

Sovata is simply amazing, very clean and nice mountain resort where you can enjoy nice walks in te forest around the lake and you can swim in Ursu lake as well. The salty water is good for the bones and joints. I was eating in few places but the best was restaurant Club Dracula. lovely location close to the lake with a spectacular view. I absolutely loved the food, the ambiance, the location and the service. the food was incredibly tasty and fresh. The restaurant waiters were very friendly and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Sovata for foreigners as they have to see the beauty of Romania and they need to try the Romanian food like sarmale, mamaliga, mici, papanasi, steak, pastrav and the famous soups. I alsotried goulash and it was delicious.

We never expected the resort to be this nice, the whole town is renovated and there are many activities to fill up you're time. Just to name a few: Mocanita Sovata - a 2h ride on a steam train, the Praid salt mine that you can visit and there are a lot of trails around the forest, one that even has a Bell Vedere tower built .

It’s a great destination!Bear Lake was great !If you have small children and they splash a bit ,the elderly will complain and constantly roll their eyes at the kids so expect that .Other than that our stay there was great!

Long walking around the lakes, through the woods, in the wonderful silence of the nature. Nice lunch and dinner at Relax hotel and Bello Pizza restaurant, with wonderful views. Great place to relax and recharge your energy in the natural environment.
Apartment is as in pictures, situated at the first floor. Rather good location, parking available (you still need a car to reach the touristic center of Sovata).
There is an outdoor kids park nearby, quite large. There are some shops in the same building.
Host is communicative, available via phone/WhatsApp. We ended up extending out stay with just one phone call.
Decent Wifi speeds, no issues there.
Stayed during a winter month, there is a dedicated central heating for apartment, so it was cozy and warm.
We liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel, right in the center of Sovata. It has a large parking place behind the hotel. It features a spa, which is small, but very nice, it has 2 saunas, one dry, one with steam, 1 small salt water pool and a mid-sized swimming pool. Also a jacuzzi and an outside sitting area. We had the breakfast included, which was an international style buffet. It was good overall and fresh but food is average.
Hotel is located in a quiet area of Sovata resort. The breakfast is good (except the cofee) and it seems improved from the last year ( we stayed in this hotel in a similar period of 2021). We chose the same hotel for a second time because the spa was excellent, even though the difference of the price of accomodation in the weekends is notable.
very spacious, very clean, very modern but in the rustic style, patios nicely furnished, great space to entertain kids outside (swings, slide, kids play house), amazing outdoor bbq space! Amazing desserts and fresh bread were left at the cottage on numerous occasions as well as on departure which added an great touch and were delicious!
We had a great time at Lavender. It is in a quiet part of Sovata (on a hill) and it is great for relaxing.

The hotel, recently opened, stands among Sovata's finest, boasting an exceptional spa center. The General Manager, Paulo, has ensured that the hotel operates to the highest standards. The culinary offerings at the hotel are exquisite, showcasing a blend of flavors and culinary expertise that leaves a lasting impression on every palate.
The accommodation and it's sorundings were stunning. The river that passed by the house was a blessing to the mind and the soul. It's was also very friendly and family like situation with the other tourists. The bed was relly comfortable. And the owner of the place was welcoming. Absolutely recommended place for chilling in Sovata.
I have made the reservation for my parents. They really enjoyed the service (at check-in they have asked for a larger room) and the facilities, the hotel is very clean and the SPA as well.
Breakfast and dinner were also very good.
They had a room with a back view to the woods, but it was perfect for relaxation.
The best place in Sovata, away from the craziness of downtown. The host is incredible!! He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is very well located right in the center of Sovata. It is very well equipped, it has everything one needs to comfortably live there and feel like home. It is a plus that it has many balconies, all around. so there is always sun to enjoy on some balcony.
Location and view were perfect! The balcony was large with a coffee table, two chairs AND a sunbed.
The kitchenette had everything one would need and the room was generally spacious.
The host was very nice and prompt (had a small problem with hot water).
We never expected the resort to look so nice, the view from our room was wonderful and the spa was big and full of things to do, so much that we ended up pending a day just in the hotel ( guess time really flies when you're having fun ).
I liked everything, the room was comfortable, modern and clean! The food from the breakfast of good quality and delicious. The position of the hotel is also the best. I'll definitely will return here, when possible.
Very nice, big and cozy rooms. The property is very new. Perfect, keyless entry/exit system. Centrally located, only few steps from the resort. Use of Spa facilities in a nearby hotel possible.
All good but Spa very slow jacuzzi you have to wait an hour after it stops after 15 min to restart and is small for the size of the hotel. The rest Sauna Etc fantastic.
