I was here long time ago like 2004.
I was here long time ago like 2004. It was change a lot and restoration of those magnificent fecade was fabulous. The plaza itself was so mesmerising and so cool to sit with lots of benches around. Many coffee shop and restaurant around so no worries. Love Oradea will be back when I can.

Oradea is a gem. Secession and Art Nouveau buildings (Black Eagle), churches, pedestrian walks, the citadel, the riverside walk, the Synagogue, the Darvas-LaRoche villa, the Theater, the people, the atmosphere...everything is a fairytale! Go see yourself!

The center is large and surprisingly interesting ( for a relatively small city).
Ornate churches, a new Catholic Cathedral, a modern imposing synagogue and an older historical one.
The Citadel is still in the midsts of restoration, but worthwhile walking.
Had a "happy hour" break at Piata8 at the Citadel.
Enjoyed typical Romanian food outdoors at "Hanul cu noroc"

Oradea is a little gem, a city with architectural treasures that everybody can admire. It's surprising that more foreign tourists haven't discovered this beautiful city. There are also good places to eat out and to have fun with children. Good public transportation.

Oradea is very beautiful city in Western part of Romania, a lot of historical buildings, well renovated, the water crossing the city offers a very peaceful promenada, good food all around and very nice people.
The hotel has a modern design, it is very cosy and homey. I had a very bad experience with a famous chain hotel once because it had dusty carpets so I promised myself never to do this again. So I was so happy to enjoy the wooden floors, the clean rooms and bathroom, everything was top notch.
It is also close to the best restaurant in Oradea according to Tripadvisor - Piata9, it is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, try the eggplant spreads.
The staff was also very welcoming and really going the extra mile.
Breakfast is good. Panorama lift is nice. Hotel service is friendly and the whole hotel is clean. The building is nice, new and modern. Panorama is beautiful on the river and on the city. We were there second time and rented two rooms. A very new and modern bath is in the neighborhood. It is in the middle of city on the riverbank but the traffic in the street of the hotel is little. There are sport possibilities in the hotel and there is a running track in front of the hotel in the park. There are shops near to hotel in one km distance.
The hotel is very well positioned, very close to one of the nice busy streets of Oradea. Also very close there is a shopping centre with some good coffee and pastry shops and a McDonald's as well. Very close to a nice restaurant and many other shops.
The room was big enough for our family of 4 (kids 12 and 10) with 3 beds. The beds were very comfortable.
The check-in was ok.
I didn't have breakfast as it seemed a bit too much for the whole family.
All in all, it was a good balance between cost and facilities.

The hotel is really closed to the main históric spots. It is new and the matress is wonderful, so you can rest after a non stop day. The interiors are stylish and moderno. So, the full experience was superb.
Stayed 10-13 Aug 2023 - 200 eur . Central location , spatious , quiet - no car traffic , you can sleep very well . Confortable beds and sofas , all the utilities are in working order , including baby crib . Clean 5/5 star accomodation . It has parking with pay 30 lei (6 eur) / night . Would certainly stay again there next time I visit Oradea .
The hotel is new and the room was clean and spacious. The street it's on is not that busy so there's not much noise (which is what we were looking for). There are some parking spaces in front of the hotel, and some inside the courtyard (the gate closes at 9 pm and opens at 8am). There are a few restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good.
I like that the place was so clean, got free parking, and for me it's a necessity, the staff was nice and helpful, I recomand this if you would like to get a city break in Oradea or holiday, it got everything that it's need, suitable for couples, family, close to prima shops - definitely I will return to this place in the future 😁
