Everything was fine. Staff was friendly. Room was big but a bit noisy being on the street side of the hotel. Room was cleaned and sheets changed every day. Breakfast was all right.

Hotel was nice but beds v hard and small.
Food was not too good and not too fresh, we stayed 8 nights and was a rough time.

Move towards the right side from the Steaguri Beach, further down right: fewer stones, more sand, and more suitable for kids and even for adults. Entering the water in many portions is hazardous because of the many stones - no warnings anywhere....we had to keep looking at small portions safe to get inside the water without hurting ourselves.

This time of the year (April) is mostly for walking, hiking, but this place is for sun and beach. So, it very much depends on what you are looking for. For us, quiet is the best, so we wanted a place where we could crash for some nights, have some quality times with the family, eat well and go sightseeing. Well, for that this place is great. We have visited the Danube Delta, Gura Portitei, Tulcea, Vadu, Corbu, Mamaia, Eforie and Costinesti. In general we traveled around 1700kms in one week. Neptun is closed as well as all the other seashore villages from Mamaia to Mangalia, so no is the good time to have long walks on the seashore and plenty of fresh air with no loud music and annoying persons around you.

Dirty resort.
Dirty resort. Neither the town hall administration, nor the hotels' administration, nor the tourists take care of the environment. It is full of garbage on the roads. The beaches also are not cleaned properly (cigarette butts everywhere in the sand).

I can't recommend Neptun as a holiday destination for young couples. The beach and town was very crowded, everything looked cheap and old. Last time I went there was 10 years ago and it seems to be the same.

Love the sea, the beach, the restaurants (wouldn't recommend most of them, but Neptun has its secret places, so to speak), the amusement park, the adventure park, and the fact that it's a cosy, family friendly place.
Good location, friendly personnel, has everything you need despite low price (TV, fridge, ok towels, soap..). Excellent for kids due to playground (outdoors playhouse with kitchenware, swing, slide, trampoline) and for parents who can enjoy a drink at the terrace while keeping an eye on children; I didn't see another hotel in the vicinity to offer this
The location is the best possible. The room was really amazing too, clean, spacious, amazing view. The cleaning lady offered to clean the room daily , thats something i missed when getting more days. Very nice. She was very friendly and helped us with some dishes too. The view to the lake is so beautiful, i didn't expected it to be so beautiful.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was served by really nice staff. Also, the photos of the room express the reality. We complained of some inconvenience to the PR manager and she was polite and open to solve our problems in some ways (but it was the last day of the staying and much could not be done).
The hotel, the lake, the waterlilies, the swans, the sand and the sea, where making our experience unique.
We had an excellent breakfast too. The food was very tasty and there were a lot of varieties to try on, with tables indoors and outdoors. We were enjoying the food and the view at the same time :)
The new building is comfortable. Not a designer’s hand, that’s clear, however decent. The relative proximity to the beach is another good thing.
The restaurant of the hotel is very good in relative terms, we tried it along 3-4 others in Neptun and we returned to Insula for better meals.
Typical, resort style hotel at the seaside. very friendly staff, no excesses, good room with balcony, 10-15 min walk from the beach. seaside atmosphere with plenty families and music. everything basic but good quality. exactly what was needed for us. pet friendly!!
Lovely reception area and the continental breakfast was simply magnificent. The rooms were partly renovated, which refreshed an otherwise older hotel. But overall a great stay, exceptional and helpful staff, as well as a good location.

The rooms are spacious and allow the addition of an extra bed.
It can be noticed that in reality the hotel looks better than in the pictures.
The bathroom is a small one for a 4 stars hotel, but well equipped.

Location of the hotel , setup of the hotel. Good food, somewhat repetitive. The service in the restaurant was OK. Plenty of parking places but the parking was not maintained (there were broken bottles and no controlled access)

Pool, pretty good looking hotel, AC was working, clean, not beachfront but distance was very accessible by foot. Bonus for the accessible breakfast hours interval and the check out time.
Excellent location in the centre of Neptun city, cafe and shops are near, the sea is 7 min walking via the lovely nature views. The personnel are friendly and helpful.
Not a bad taste hotel, at least the corridors and rooms are not kitschy or dirty. It was easy to check in /out , and the cleaning ladies did a magnific job every time.
