We had lunch and dinner at Bistro Junior and Rigo restaurant and enjoyed our meals.
The apartment we stayed was well taken care and cosy.In the center of the city and yet not noisy at all.

Buzău is a „work in progress”.
Buzău is a „work in progress”. Some beautiful buildings, but not a „touristic” city. The area has a lot of natural attractions (go to Pâclele Mari and Pâclele Mic to see the „mud volcanoes”).
To eat: try first restaurant Moara Drăgaicelor, you won't look for another one.

This flat was exactly what I needed. Very clean, with a warm feeling, all facilities were exactly as described online. The host was a very nice lady who offered to collect me from the train station.
The flat is located at about 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre, also there is very good public transport nearby and taxi if you need. Also, it is close to grocery stores, a few retaurants, shops and there is a park not far from there.
I was really pleased overall and I plan on keeping in touch with the host for my next trips in Buzau.
Amazing location right next to a vineyard, high quality and modern facilities, friendly and super attentive staff, incredibly tasty food, nearby Sarata Monteoru and Buzau for additional sightseeing during the day. Definitely a place to return to - either during summer in order to make the most of the pool they have, or for a few days of remote work in the middle of nature. Well done in creating such an oasis to escape from busy cities, we will be back soon!
Everything, the host was very nice to wait for us in the evening and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment looks to be newly renoved, everything is of great quality. One of the best accomodations in Romania, at a decent price.
There are 2 options for parking - either a parking space in the nearby alley, or in the yard of the house, which would fit 2 cars. We arrived in a bigger car - Renault Trafic and it was no problem to park it.

Very friendly host and the possibility of a secured car parking within the property. The room was very clean. The accomodation is located in a small village near Buzau. About a 10min walk from the accomodation one finds a very good restaurant with a terace overlooking the landscape. The accomodation is ideal to visit the nearby vulcan noroiosi and the eternal flame.
Everything: spacious appartments, nice design, clean rooms, amazing breakfast- it included fruits, fresh pancakes (Romanian version), different types of processed meat, eggs, yogurts etc. What would you expect from a 4 stars breakfast. Last day of our staying I saw they also had Prosecco on ice. Nice view and free parking.

Pietroasa is probably the best hotel you can find in Buzau; it is situated in the heart of the city, overlooking the City Hall. The room was very spacious, comfortable, elegant and spotless. The breakfast was varied and delicious - a fine dining experience. We parked at the property, at no cost.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Main room was ok, sheets were clean. They also had AC (I wouldn't say it was working as new but it was very helpful). Though they don't offer parking, the staff were very active in supporting with finding free parking near the hotel.
Being here a few times, I was rather disappointed with this particular experience, yet the hotel is a valid option next to the others in town, to be matched only by Pietrosa, but only the refurbished wing.
So overall it’s a 7- 8, but not more than an 8.
I have spent the night in dozens of hotels on the trips I have made, the owner of this hotel is the most helpful I have met, he is willing to serve the slightest wish you will have. The rooms are clean, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.
The size of the room and the hotel quality level were above my expectations, mostly because of the low price. Its very nice and serves all needs. It's located next to nice restaurants. The breakfast was very good, for all tastes. Thank you, guys!

There are not so many things to say, but the entire stay at this hotel was good: the room was big, even though I booked a smaller room, they gave me an upgrade for free, it was quiet, there was enough space for parking.
My room was very clean, big, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was my favorite, very nice and big.
The hotel is near the Railway station and quite quiet.
