a surprising place in a (sort of) unusual location.
but with such a host you will feel at home from the beginning.
all clean and with all amenities you may wish
and not to forget the flowers... everywhere
I may consider this location for a longer stay, a disconnected one from the much too fast world we are living in

The breakfast was delicious, the options once the buffet was done were also good. The location was great, within walking distance of several good restaurants. The rooms were a good size and secure.

Charming traditional decorations all around the house, very clean rooms (I loved how the linen and towels smell, fresh and soft). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient, on our way to the Via Transilvanica trail. We had our bicycles with us, but the property has a few bicycles you can use for free. Also a big plus was the restaurant, considering the village is small and doesn’t have many options for having a meal. The breakfast is included in the room rate (a nice surprise for us) and includes a wide range of good quality products incl. local food. Large yard with amazing views where you can relax, while sitting on the terrace or playing table tennis.

It is a wonderful quiet cosy place. I slept very well on high quality mattresses, in a warm, spotless clean room after enjoying the most delicious meal prepared by Vio.

Wonderful place to use as a retreat for slow living and disconnecting. The whole property has been restored and looks absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfy, the restaurant is just so cozy, and the village is exactly the quiet magical place you´d imagine. The food was fantastic and the owners lovely.
Beautiful country side village, untouched by modern life...
Beautiful country side village, untouched by modern life madness.
There are Saxon and Romanian inhabitants, tending to the fields, gardens, sheep like people used to do once.
There are almost no cars, you may safely plan a cycling tour with children to the nearby villages.
