The customer service and the staff was amazing, they could not do enough to help you, all staff smiling and welcoming in all areas of the hotel. The receptionist who checked me in once brilliant, the staff at breakfast was so nic and helpful. The facilities were exceptional, the breakfast was just unbelievable, it caters for everyone. Healthy options galore which suited me. They had gluten free section also. The swimming pool and the gym was outstanding.
