Such a nice little hidden away place. Not the best if you are looking to tour the Douro but for what we wanted it was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice outdoor area to go explore the water fall. Good facilities & well equipped kitchen. Perfect place to stay with a dog. Would have been nice to stay longer. Make sure you get supplies from one of the bigger towns on the way there.

It's a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice.
