The hotel was lovely -most of the staff were nice some were vague but that might just be how they are ! I would recommend this hotel It’s a good walk to the main designer shops /strip but it’s all down hill -coming back get an Uber nice and cheap as it has lots of cobble street and heels

Great value and secure parking for our tall ( roof boxed ) car. Staff were all charming . Room was spotless and comfortable, the included breakfast was very good with hot and cold choices , local pastries, of plenty of things to choose from - pretty good coffee too ! On site bar offered great service and very reasonable prices . Plenty of restaurants nearby too

The room was big and spacious, very comfortable bed with good amenities. Staff is very competent and friendly. The hotel is quite pretty, very neat, with several different entertainment options and facilities (e.g. spa, swimming pool, gym, bars, restaurants, live music, etc). Location is good, specially if you're going to the zoo. There's also several means of transport available near (bus, metro). We had a really pleasant stay.
